1 /5 Arleen Lopez: I just waited almost FIVE HOURS for a 10 minute appointment, and its like the third time this happens. The front staff is horrifically rude. Please heed the bad reviews on here and avoid this practice if you can help it. I had to miss my appointment earlier in the day due to car issues. The doctor was accommodating and saw me later, which I was grateful for. What I was not grateful for was the long wait time, rude staff, and the doctor getting argumentative when I pointed out that FIVE HOURS is an unacceptable wait time. She said I missed my appointment that morning and so she fit me in and she didnt have a patient at my original time. So actually, I inconvenienced her. Shes literally overbooked and five hours behind, what do you mean you didnt have a patient?! If people are waiting 3-5 hours on average, the problem is your scheduling. I also thought this was especially rich, considering she called me after 7pm for my telehealth appointment, which was originally scheduled for 10:30am and then they changed it to 1:30pm and then she ended up calling me at night. I guess only her time is important and valuable here, silly me! I had left a one star review then, but she was apologetic and I am an understanding person. But this is beyond. When I went to the front after my appointment for the follow up, the rude front desk lady told me to have a seat for a few minutes. A FEW MORE MINUTES AFTER FIVE HOURS? no way. she never followed up with me after my last round of labs. I got the sense she doesnt care about me as a patient. I understand shes busy, but its also a disservice to patients to have an overworked and overbooked doctor. if you have to see her, take an entire day off work for the appointment. otherwise, i recommend finding someone else.
