THE LACK OF WORK ETHIC & COMMON SENSE AT THE SCHUSTER OFFICE IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! WEEKS BEFORE AT MY GRANDDAUGHTERS FIRST APPOINTMENT THE FRONT STAFF WERE DROPPING THE F BOMBS & GOSSIPING ABOUT ANOTHER PATIENT WHO WAS CALLING NEEDING INFORMATION. I WILL HAVE ONE MORE APPOINTMENT JUST TO LET THE DOCTOR KNOW HE LOST A PATIENT. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THEY WORK FOR US! THEY TREAT US AS IF WE WORK FOR THEM. MY INSURANCE THAT I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET EMPLOYES YOU, THEREFORE YOURE ON MY TIME! THESE GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE & THE ONES ANSWERING THE PHONES NEED CUSTOMERS SERVICE TRAINING! LEARN PHONE ETIQUETTE. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS & IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE. FORT BLISS & TRICARE WILL ALSO BE MADE AWARE OF HOW SERVICE MEMBERS & THIER FAMILIES ARE BEING TREATED. THE EVEN MORE UPSETTING ISSUE IS THAT I WAS CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW I SENDT OVER THE AUTHORIZATION SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO ACTUALLY WORK AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CALL TRICARE AND GET IT. WHEN I SAID THAT I WAS HUNG UP ON! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TONA MEDICAL OFFICE SUCH AS UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL AS THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE JUST HIRING ANYONE!

Listens to what Im explaining about my condition and quickly and efficiently diagnosed my hyperthyroidism after many years of asking my Primary Physician. I totally recommend this doctor!!! Shes the best!! Great bedside manners as well!! Her office staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. Her front desk MA Gabby is very professional, compassionate, friendly and always very helpful. Great practice to go to.

Juan Morales: Had a scheduled appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to check-in. I waited 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I requested to cancel my appointment. I was told I was next in line to be called. The receptionist went to ask the NP how long my wait time would be. She came back and said 35 to 40 minutes. I canceled. If i were to show up 15 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, I would be told to reschedule. Very poor office management, over scheduling patients.

Sara Doonan: This is hands down the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. My elderly mother suffers from multiple heart issues and after a 3 month wait for her first appointment with Dr. Ali, it’s only gotten worse. Her first time there, she waited 5 HOURS until she was seen. They said Dr. Ali had an emergency and that was all the info we were given. We weren’t rescheduled. No one else was either. I am now sitting here at her 4th appointment and we are running on 3 hours without her being seen. People deserve to be treated with dignity, especially when they are frail and suffering from cardiac ailments. That is NOT something you will find here. The staff is rude, the doctors don’t care, and yet you have to pay upfront before you’re even allowed to go to the back and wait several hours for care. By the way, that “care” will be 5 minutes with the doctor if you’re lucky, and during that time he will rush you and be dismissive of your questions and concerns. Another thing to note is how old and run-down everything looks in the office/patient rooms. So many big name doctors and so much money rolling in and they can’t even give you a pleasant environment in which to spend your entire day waiting? Unfortunately the wait times for cardiologists in El Paso are ABSURD right now so we are stuck, otherwise we would have been gone 2 hours into our wait the first time. If you’re a big practice, that doesn’t mean take on so many patients that you can’t provide quality care for any of them. If you have to come here, be prepared to be treated like a dollar sign and nothing more.

Angie Torres: Took mom for appointment. Arrived at 2:04pm. Was seen by the doctor Hatem at 4:08pm. Sat down to get a follow up appointment. Just to get the appointment it took them another 25 minutes. While receptionist on staff were laughing and talking! If I could give them A zero. I would as well!
