Del Sol Medical Center: Emergency Room - El Paso (TX)

1 /5 AZ: They deserved zero stars. I was warned not to come to this hospital, but had an emergency. Rude staff overall no compassion or empathy. From the nurses to receptionist in the ER department. No body does anything while you are lying in severe pain just ignore you. They do not know how to placed an IV in your arm. What kind of hospital is this? Plain neglect to the patients and family members. Whatever they tell about this bad hospital they are falling short. Go somehwere else you are better off. Or enter at your own risk.

4 /5 Elizabeth Kim: Fast care and fast test results. The nurses are wonderful! Took one star because we have been sitting with bloody bed sheets for over a hour but I understand they have other patients. Overall good care!

1 /5 viridiana torres: Horrible experience in the emergency room. My mom was in real pain she is a cancer patient and the doctor was cold and didnt want to do too much except give her medication to control the pain. She didnt even looked at my moms medical records and asked me if I new everything and what she wanted me for her to do.. I am not the doctor! Your job is to evaluate her not me! She assumed the pain is caused because of the cancer. Which it might be but never ran any test to make sure she isnt hurt because I explained to her my mother couldnt walk and our family couldnt carry her that much and she had been put on the floor little by little 3 times already. The female nurse took forever to came to check on my mom when she needed to release her urine. She was supposed to help her. The other male nurse was ok but still not helpful so much. Refused to get in contact with my moms doctors so I will be doing that to let them know what happened. Horrible service. Heard nurses laughing about a couple who were coming in because they fell.. cold hearted... didnt even prescribed her new medication to take home for the pain. Useless.

3 /5 Cristal Chacon: This hospital is always helpful with telling me whats wrong with me when I aint feeling too good and Ive never had any problem with any of the staff until this past Tuesday. They were trying to put an IV in but some freaking nurse or I dont know what he tried after the first after nurse couldnt but he made a big bruise on my left arm which I didnt notice how bad it got until I had gotten home because at first it was just green then it got purple. After he couldnt get it the first time he tried on my right arm which he kept shoving in the needle further and kept moving it all crazy after i told him to take out a couple times because thats how bad it was hurting but he wasnt listening so now thanks to him I now aint comfortable going back.
