IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD FOREVER! THEY ALSO HAVE CALLER ID BECAUSE AFTER CALLING FOR ENTIRE DAY FROM 11am TO 4PM I WAS FINALLY ANSWERED & TOLD THEY KNOW THAT I HAVE NEEN REPEATEDLY CALLING! I SAID IF YOU KNOW IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES, WHY THE HECK WOULNT YOU INQUIRE, THERE COULD POSSIBLY BE AN EMERGENCY! THE LACK OF WORK ETHIC & COMMON SENSE AT THE SCHUSTER OFFICE IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! WEEKS BEFORE AT MY GRANDDAUGHTERS FIRST APPOINTMENT THE FRONT STAFF WERE DROPPING THE F BOMBS & GOSSIPING ABOUT ANOTHER PATIENT WHO WAS CALLING NEEDING INFORMATION. I WILL HAVE ONE MORE APPOINTMENT JUST TO LET THE DOCTOR KNOW HE LOST A PATIENT. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THEY WORK FOR US! THEY TREAT US AS IF WE WORK FOR THEM. MY INSURANCE THAT I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET EMPLOYES YOU, THEREFORE YOURE ON MY TIME! THESE GIRLS IN THE FRONT OFFICE & THE ONES ANSWERING THE PHONES NEED CUSTOMERS SERVICE TRAINING! LEARN PHONE ETIQUETTE. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS & IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE. FORT BLISS & TRICARE WILL ALSO BE MADE AWARE OF HOW SERVICE MEMBERS & THIER FAMILIES ARE BEING TREATED. THE EVEN MORE UPSETTING ISSUE IS THAT I WAS CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW I SENDT OVER THE AUTHORIZATION SO THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO ACTUALLY WORK AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CALL TRICARE AND GET IT. WHEN I SAID THAT I WAS HUNG UP ON! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TONA MEDICAL OFFICE SUCH AS UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL AS THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE JUST HIRING ANYONE!
