5 /5 Sylvia Gross: I have been with Dr Sidney Marchand for more than 15 years and he is a wonderful doctor. I am also a patient of Dr. Nelson and he is wonderful as well. Love these doctors and their staff has always been nice to me. Very thankful for the great care they give me.

1 /5 BOOPATHY K: Had to undergo a surgery. The staffs there asked for my insurance card, to verify things are covered by insurance comapany. Then she said yes and gave me an estimate saying this is the balance that needs to be paid. I felt that amount is manageable and accepted for the surgery and paid the balance. Now after 1.5 months of the surgery there is a mail to my home saying I owe them more money which is like 3 times their estimated amount. I have no option now. This sucks. Its Doctor Nelsons office at the 4th floor.

1 /5 Vanessa Bryant: I didnt like it. Office staff wasnt very friendly and doctor wasnt eitheir. He rushed as well. I wont go back. I also didnt like that you have to call or wait on a call from a toll free number for prescriptions and then wait on it in the mail verses same day if needed at a local pharmacy. I also recieved a bill in the mail for a missed appt that i called to cancel! Triple negatives!!

3 /5 Elizabeth Wright: Called to reset my appointment and office staff had a very rough beside manner and are only worried about balances. They proceeded to let me know that I owe them 5 dollars and would be reported shortly to credit and would not see Dr. Nelson till I take care of it.

Company owner Maybelle Encarnado uses offshore staff in her native country of the Philippines to process your claim. Identity theft is the fastest growing crime that affects citizens in The United States of America. You are at a much greater risk of identity theft and your personal information being stolen and sold when your social security number, date of birth, and insurance information is sent to underdeveloped countries for insurance and medical billing purposes. Your information can be sold to professional thieves who use your information to obtain credit, financing, or who sell to other thieves who resell many times in the black market. You may also be asked to pay a ransom or you get your personal information posted online. HIPAA and the Fourth Amendment have no power to protect you once your personal information leaves our U.S. border. Ask this provider to stop using companies who send medical billing offshore to underdeveloped countries. If they refuse you can protect yourself by seeing a different doctor. Patient beware! Everything you have worked for and your financial security and credit standing is at risk.
