1 /5 Shayla Certain: very disappointed. when i called and asked if they took HMO insurance they stated yes, not only that but my mom called multiple times to verify that they took HMO insurance and every time, they said yes. when i got to my appointment i also asked in person and was told yes. However, now i am being charged a $120 bill that is due within a month because they actually do not take HMO insurance. in this economy, $120 is a lot. i am very disappointed because this could have been avoided if all of the workers were up to date on their policy and provided clients with the correct information. i hope that this will be fixed in the future.
