Davenport technicians gave an honest point of view that all the issues could wait (even highlighted that they didnt find a problem that the dealer said was there). In addition, they rotated the tires as part of the lookover service that they conducted. This second opinion was certainly worth the extra little $ and time that I spent. I will be taking my car to Davenport for servicing in the first instance in the future. Thanks!!!

They did an amazing job from start to finish of communicating, finding a compressor, and getting it installed in time- and then when I picked it up I realized they had also cleaned it. Amazing first experience, they definitely stand out and we’ll be back!

5 /5 Christopher Johnson: This is the most honest car repair business I’ve ever encountered. A few years ago I had my Lexus GS towed over there. They completely got it running like new. We did in stages b/c of costs. I can appreciate them working with me knowing my budget at the time…. Fast forward a couple years later they even repaired my mom’s Toyota Camry when compared to the dealership they very reasonably priced.

Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

He messaged me, made an offer on a tool , then never responded again after multiple messages that show read receipts. He is the type of person that makes selling online terrible, is this available? And then never responds, hes what we call a facebook stroker. If this is how people that work at this business operate, I would go elsewhere.
