Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

Harman and the team are very knowledgeable about what they do, always make the customer feel secure, and never fail to update you on whats going on. They are on time, the pricing is honest and fair, and they make sure to treat your car like their own. If youre looking for a place to take your car for all your needs, this is definitely the place!

I’ve brought it in for second opinions just to be told nothing is wrong with it when they could have easily lied for the money. They never overcharge, have great communication, and have integrity in their work. Great place to go for honest car repairs.

I was greeted by an extremely courteous gentleman, Harman, who candidly mentioned that the service I was requesting was not offered by them. However, he inspected my car and on his own took care of most of the issues and then recommended a place where I could go to. I saw the facility and it was very clean and well-maintained. For all my service needs, I will henceforth be visiting Honesty Automotive.
