Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I was so impressed with the owner Brent who offered to give my grandson a grand tour of the shop once he overheard how much he loves cars. I was impressed with Brents kindness, integrity and generosity which my daughter says is typical of how he runs the business. She wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend this shop for any maintenance or repair needs.

He messaged me, made an offer on a tool , then never responded again after multiple messages that show read receipts. He is the type of person that makes selling online terrible, is this available? And then never responds, hes what we call a facebook stroker. If this is how people that work at this business operate, I would go elsewhere.

jaime Aguilar: Most unprofessional encounter with a mechanic. I called him on a Friday afternoon to ask if he could check my clutch on my Infiniti. He tells me to bring it in Saturday morning at 8:30am. I show up at 8:30 and he comes out and glances at my car and just says it’s the clutch; which I had already told him that’s what I needed him to look at. He then tells me he is too busy to work on it. This shop is about 30 minutes from my house so driving there is already an inconvenience. So I asked if I could just leave it for him to work on it later which he replies by telling me, no because he is of for the next three weeks and to just call him back then. I asked him why didn’t he just tell me this over the phone before I made the drive to his shop and he just walked away. Horrible service!!!

I spoke to a few other places and decided to call Auto Hail Pros Just on a whim, and something just felt right about Scott! I will say it did take Just about 3 weeks, but one entire week of that we were just waiting on the insurance agent to come look at my car. Well worth the wait, and it helps they paid for my rental!!
