He messaged me, made an offer on a tool , then never responded again after multiple messages that show read receipts. He is the type of person that makes selling online terrible, is this available? And then never responds, hes what we call a facebook stroker. If this is how people that work at this business operate, I would go elsewhere.

jaime Aguilar: Most unprofessional encounter with a mechanic. I called him on a Friday afternoon to ask if he could check my clutch on my Infiniti. He tells me to bring it in Saturday morning at 8:30am. I show up at 8:30 and he comes out and glances at my car and just says it’s the clutch; which I had already told him that’s what I needed him to look at. He then tells me he is too busy to work on it. This shop is about 30 minutes from my house so driving there is already an inconvenience. So I asked if I could just leave it for him to work on it later which he replies by telling me, no because he is of for the next three weeks and to just call him back then. I asked him why didn’t he just tell me this over the phone before I made the drive to his shop and he just walked away. Horrible service!!!

Theyve also sent me home when there was not actually something wrong with my car, or the problem could be solved on my own. The owner said he wont replace a part that isnt broken. I really appreciate them, theyre a gem in Plano. Thank you for keeping my girl running smoothly! I could not go into the Volkswagen dealer in Richardson or McKinney without them finding $1000 minimum of repairs on my car. The red flag, their sales department was also really desperate to buy my car every time. Its a manual and a niche of people still really want those. If it was that "broken", why would they want it so badly? An oil leak that they quoted me $960 to repair, once I cleaned my engine bay, magically disappeared, and hasnt come back for 6 years now. What really happened was whoever changed my oil last spilled some oil down the side of my engine, and the dealership thought that was an oil leak. Nope, no more greedy dealerships. So overjoyed that I found a local business to support like Tommys. I have also recommended them to all my coworkers who drive European cars.
