1 /5 daf 201: Replaced windshield and backglass. The price is cheap, but the worker need to be more careful and patient with those broken glass or I will rather go somewhere more expensive but careful place for my security edit: they told me they will provide a free cleaning for me. And guess what, this time I still find glass pieces after they cleaned again. Shop like this deserve to be shutdown

Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

He messaged me, made an offer on a tool , then never responded again after multiple messages that show read receipts. He is the type of person that makes selling online terrible, is this available? And then never responds, hes what we call a facebook stroker. If this is how people that work at this business operate, I would go elsewhere.

jaime Aguilar: Most unprofessional encounter with a mechanic. I called him on a Friday afternoon to ask if he could check my clutch on my Infiniti. He tells me to bring it in Saturday morning at 8:30am. I show up at 8:30 and he comes out and glances at my car and just says it’s the clutch; which I had already told him that’s what I needed him to look at. He then tells me he is too busy to work on it. This shop is about 30 minutes from my house so driving there is already an inconvenience. So I asked if I could just leave it for him to work on it later which he replies by telling me, no because he is of for the next three weeks and to just call him back then. I asked him why didn’t he just tell me this over the phone before I made the drive to his shop and he just walked away. Horrible service!!!
