5 /5 Tiffany Heiser: This office is wonderful! The staff is always welcoming, and assist quickly every time we go in. Dr. Steinman and his MAs are considerate and listen to any questions I have as well as provide excellent care. They also speak to my son, ask him questions, and listen to him! This is an issue Ive had with other pediatric offices in town and love that I have finally found a doctors office I can trust.

1 /5 Nathaniel Sanders: I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid I have always loved this office until one of the desk lady’s and the business manager continued to disrespect my wife and belittle her I love the nurse staff and the doctor always have but shame on the business side of the office on how they treat there costumers and specially someone who has been going here since they were a baby

1 /5 Abby S.: Aweful experience with a "staff supervisor." I believe her name was sharron. My insurance shows that they are in network, but I was told that they currently dont accept my insurance. Its such a shame that this office is reflecting poorly for the cooks children network. Please address this issue so that children can get the care that they need for this area.

5 /5 Jennifer Berry: My kiddos and I love the whole team! The office staff is always so nice and helpful. They even have a great sense of humor! Weve seen Dr. Steinman and Missy and they are both wonderful to us. My twins love the nurses and actually get excited when Elisha calls them back to the room. Im so glad I found them right when we moved to Granbury.

But I begged them to take my child even tho they take his medical coverage and are excepting new patients, they won’t take my son. my son is with cooks in Fort Worth but they don’t have time for him so we wanted to stay with cooks and have a doctor closer to home that has time for him, but this office won’t even take him. They say they only take a certain number of patients with his type of medical care I can’t get my son in to see his pcp in cooks Fort Worth because they are too busy and this office refuses to take him as a patient! The lady I spoke with was actually very rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain how sick he has been and it’s urgent he sees a doctor, she said sorry… click. I used to think the world of cooks but I don’t recommend at all after negative experiences with more then One office
