1 /5 Nathan Jimenez: Not sure if its this whole clinic, or just Dr. Chandler, but they dont really give a "care" about any patients. You WIll get overlooked and treated like an inhuman bag of money. If you dont want to wait 3 months for an appointment that they will still cancel last minute, suck it up and go to Midland or something: you will have better luck there.

1 /5 Gracie Sheen: horrible customer service, no priority for the patients, rude on the phones, and no follow through with paperwork being sent to email when requested. called back to request again I was met with attitude. the dr wanted to send me for unnecessary mri, x-ray, blood work, etc. when I told her I could provide prrof that it was all dont in the last year through a specialist in Midland. complete waste of time. they just want your money. horrible doctors! horrible staff!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! go anywhere else. save your time and your money.

1 /5 Thomas Jenkins: If you are a vet without VA benefits (such as myself) avoid this hospital and its doctors (especially the "family nurse practitioners") at all costs, especially if your medical issues have to do with PTSD or anxiety disorder. The same goes for Family Medical Center. I made the mistake of calling twice in one day (at the pharmacists request, mind you) about yet another prescription they had bungled and I received a letter in the mail withdrawing care. In the end, if you are on any prescription medication you cant go without a week at a time, Id stay far, far away.

1 /5 Aaron Hendricks: Took my 10 year old son here on a friday because he was sick and they tested him for flu and strep he had both. Went to pick up medicine later and they did not call it in. So he had to go all weekend without them. P.S. should have an after hour number for instances like this.
