Leslie Berry, NP - Big Spring (TX)

2 /5 Kasha McMaster: I went to establish a primary care Dr with Dr Berry and while I was in office she was very kind and listened to my needs, she sent me for blood work and never even called me about any results. I had to call them and then it took days for someone to call back and say she said everything looks ok. Then I NEVER received any calls back on the other labs I was sent for. I dont recommend this office if you need someone who will be attentive and actually try to help with what you are dealing with. I had to go back to my hometown Dr to get my results read and proper help with the things I needed.

1 /5 Travis Baker: No one answers the phones here. I called repeatedly and the first time they hung up after I let it ring for 5 minutes. The next time I called and it rang for 10 minutes and no one answered. I then called back and pressed different options..someone answered and immediately put me on hold where I stayed for 10 min. No one ever picked back up. POOR, POOR SERVICE! Please dont give me the excuse that theres only 2 of you to answer multiple lines as your reason. Before the change to Revere, I ALWAYS got someone on the phone...ALWAYS!

5 /5 Steven Strickland: I love Dr Berry nd her staff. They all take the time to listen nd conva what is wrong or where I might be hurting. I feel that they all care about my health nd well being. Plus they are quick to get me back to see the Dr. Now Dr Berry is very caring nd listens to everything I have to say nd understand when I am explaining what is wrong.. she is a wonderful Dr.
