1 /5 Mayra Castaneda: Rn nurse Julia Griffin in the ER was completely unprofessional. The nurse was pulling too aggresively on my 5 year old daughters arm. When she did the strep throat test she shoved it so far back and so hard that my daughter ended up vomiting and crying from the pain the nurse caused to her throat. This nurse showed no sympathy what so ever towars my 5 year old daughter. I did end up asking for a different nurse. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

5 /5 Larry Smith: I had a serious injury to my right hand. It required 12 stitches. The minute I got to the ER, every member of the staff immediately saw to my needs. I love this hospital and living in a small town! Thank you to all the staff at the ER on January 16th. I so appreciate you all!

1 /5 Linda Skinner: I was advised to go to ED by my neurologist for evaluation for possible allergic reaction to new anti seizure meds. While there I experienced seizure like symptoms. The RN witnessed this yet failed to report it to the physician or NP. No one took any seizure precautions such as safety or monitoring in the room. No side rails and I was completely alone. I was only seen by a NP, not a physician and he told me to stop taking the anti seizure meds without consulting with my neurologist!

1 /5 Lynette Peele: Well, I went to the ER yesterday because my hip has been hurting very badly for about 2 weeks and because of the holidays I couldnt get into my doctor until today. The ER doctor did exrays of my hip and told me nothing was broken. When I went to my doctor today, after listening to me where the pain is ,she exrayed my low back and found a fracture. The hospital wouldnt do capstan or MRI. I will not be going back there. Neither will my friends. Lynette Peel

She was very knowledgeable of my situation and perfectly understandable and thorough at explaining things to me. After my visit the entire staff was super friendly and said good bye to me. As always the staff and professionals there at the hospital are perfect and made my day absolutely great. Now I have two wonderful Doctors thats Dr Annette Horne and Leigh Irving.

Now, I can walk, live my life, and my pain has been controlled- without being doped up on hard painkillers. His staff is amazingly kind and helpful. Especially Rosemary. I recommend Dr Shroff to everyone who is looking for a kind , caring doctor.

Kasha McMaster: I went to establish a primary care Dr with Dr Berry and while I was in office she was very kind and listened to my needs, she sent me for blood work and never even called me about any results. I had to call them and then it took days for someone to call back and say she said everything looks ok. Then I NEVER received any calls back on the other labs I was sent for. I dont recommend this office if you need someone who will be attentive and actually try to help with what you are dealing with. I had to go back to my hometown Dr to get my results read and proper help with the things I needed.

LD Luna: Dr Zonjy took over after my former doctor, Dr. ATA from Frisco, retired. Dr Zonjy is thorough and competent. I am satisfied with his concern and treatment for my absence seizures. His staff is competent and friendly. As Dr Zonjy is taking over from another doctor, his calendar was full and it did take 3 months to get an appointment. I have seen him three times in a year.
