Diana Simmering: Dr. Witt is a very good PCP. He is attentive and never makes me feel like Im being rushed. The DCOL Staff is outstanding! A friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Joy Parker: Dr. Gatson is very nice and she actually listens to your complaints. The front office is not organized. They don’t communicate well with the back office. They also forward the phones early, so they won’t be bothered. Then when you do get the answering service, they don’t take messages! They only tell you the office hours and they are quick to hang up in your face.
Ginny Howard: They are very caring especially during emergency visits when emotions are exaggered.. My dog just recently passed away there.. they called me every step of the way when there was a problem. They kept me on top of everything and I really appreciated it. I was allowed to visit with Pepper before he passed away... That made me feel so much better. He perked up while I was there and knew I was.. that was important to me..
