5 /5 Taw D: I really had an amazing experience. They really lived up to their pledge to treat you as they would like to be treated, like true Christians❤️. I’m very visibly Muslim and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in every step of the experience. It was a very hot day and I had 4 young kids with me. They invited us in, gave us all cold water, and told us to make ourselves comfortable. They were so quick and I was just a walk in, not an appointment. I told them I just needed a signal light changed and am traveling from out of state. They were so kind and then when I asked how much I owe, they said nothing!! They refused to charge me even after I insisted. I also got to see how they treated other customers as I waited for my van to be done. Each one with kindness and generosity. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest mechanic and not someone who will swindle you.

5 /5 Susan Sweeney: My rear view mirror broke after a long trip from Amarillo Texas to Frisco. My daughter called Christian Brothers Automotive on 8110 FM 423 and they got me right in. The people there were so nice and professional. Such a caring place full of great people. My car had to stay overnight and when I picked it up the next morning my car was fixed, it was totally cleaned inside and out, and the people were so nice to me and made sure I was assured my car would be fine when I traveled back to Amarillo! I call that excellent customer service! The best part was knowing their Faith in God and Loving their neighbor ( in my case someone they didn’t know but but took care of me as a long time friend) Thank You All for taking such great care of me!

5 /5 Bunny: Team did an amazing job. Took my truck in for AC Break/Fix. As always, issues came with the warranty company wanting to cover work. On-Site staff were willing to work with prices when they learned the warranty company was unwilling to cover certain items. Truck repair was done quick and precise with no issues a week down the road. Warranty company came back and agreed to cover what they didn’t before and instead of passing me along after payment the team continued with any small/annoying request I had. From start to finish everyone involved remained a friendly face through each of my difficult requests. I’ll be using this location over any dealership. Garrett H

I never feel like I am overpaying, and when I compare prices I always find they have the par or the best price. They have a great communication system to tell how me the cost rod the repair it comes in a text so there is no high pressure selling. They mechanics here are in fact kind, which is strange for a business these days but I never walk out of this shop unhappy with my choice in a garage, wish they did body work

Sergio Gee Zazueta: Took my truck here because my engine was overheating so they replaced the thermostat, then they said it was the water pump. I only had a little bit of the Mopar coolant specific to my truck so he put that in and to fill the rest up to the line, they added some random green coolant that wasn’t even made for my truck. Coolants like that shouldn’t be mixed because that will damage the engine. The second issue was that I made sure the windows were up before I left my truck with them. A couple days passed and I came to pick up my truck. Turns out they were cleaning it because one of the mechanics left a rear window open and since it rained, it wet my back seats and passenger seats and now it smells horrible inside. I asked if they could help me with washing them or something and the boss said they would send me $50 to wash the seats. I agreed even though it wasn’t even nearly enough to get them cleaned and they still haven’t sent me the money. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here ever again. Now I gotta pay to have the coolant drained and refilled and gotta pay to have my seats cleaned and it will not be cheap.

I showed up at noon and he gave me a ride to wherever I wanted which was above and beyond. I will definitely refer him to a friend

Scott Johnson: Id like to express my profound disappointment with your service. First of all, the Chevy Cobalt was running normally before I brought it to your location. Originally, we brought it only for an oil change and Freon, which you did, but when my wife was driving it home, it suddenly stopped and coasted to the side of the road, with the console displaying "engine power reduced", check engine light on, and the gas pedal not working. Were fortunate that this happened after shed entered the gate to our apartment, because if it had stopped suddenly on a busy road, my wife could have been killed or injured. We had to push the car together to a parking space, and it wouldnt drive at all after that. I contacted you about this just after it happened, and you claimed this wasnt caused by anything of the work you did and wasnt your responsibility and suggested I bring the car back. I had my insurance tow it back to you, and you then claimed the problem was caused by the throttle body and charged us over $500 to "fix" that. When I was about to drive the "fixed" car home, again it wouldnt start. Your mechanic got it to start, but said it probably would only drive enough to get home, claiming this was caused by the oil pump which would cost $800 to replace. I drove it home and then decided not to have your Kwik Kar touch it again because we no longer trusted you after youd charged us so much but made it worse than before each time. Wed wasted over $800 for nothing, and now my wife had to take Uber to work every day. Basically, you didnt solve the problem and only made it worse because the car was undrivable. We will now take our cars to another company and never again to your Kwik Kar, and we will not recommend you to anyone.

Luis Molina: Appointment for 10am got here at 10:51am , said they had to bring it to a shop to refill freon . Appointment for that 3pm here at 3:38pm . The price I was told for the quote was wrong went from $317.98 to 500+ now I have money held up and hours wasted when I used this service so I can fulfill other appointments during my day which had to be pushed back due to all this. Wouldn’t recommend all that time and money wasted and I still need to get my issue fixed.
