1 /5 Sergio Gee Zazueta: Took my truck here because my engine was overheating so they replaced the thermostat, then they said it was the water pump. I only had a little bit of the Mopar coolant specific to my truck so he put that in and to fill the rest up to the line, they added some random green coolant that wasn’t even made for my truck. Coolants like that shouldn’t be mixed because that will damage the engine. The second issue was that I made sure the windows were up before I left my truck with them. A couple days passed and I came to pick up my truck. Turns out they were cleaning it because one of the mechanics left a rear window open and since it rained, it wet my back seats and passenger seats and now it smells horrible inside. I asked if they could help me with washing them or something and the boss said they would send me $50 to wash the seats. I agreed even though it wasn’t even nearly enough to get them cleaned and they still haven’t sent me the money. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here ever again. Now I gotta pay to have the coolant drained and refilled and gotta pay to have my seats cleaned and it will not be cheap.

I came across their shop on Google, gave them a call, and explained what was going on with my Infiniti M45. From the get-go, they were professional and upfront, giving me an estimate over the phone, which was spot-on. When I arrived, I met Bryan and Roy, who were both incredibly friendly and professional - genuinely great people. Right away, I felt like I’d found a team I could rely on. I needed valve cover gaskets and both rear wheel bearings replaced due to a humming noise, and they got straight to work! The mechanic who handled my car was absolutely exceptional - his skill was clear in everything he did. No surprises on the price either - everything was fair and as quoted, and when I got my car back, it was spotless! These guys take pride in their work, and it shows. I walked out of there feeling valued and completely satisfied, and I’ve got 100% confidence in them. They’ve earned my trust, and I can’t say that about just anyone.
