1 /5 Gina Salas: I went in a couple days ago and there were only 3 customers there. 2 employees... maybe 3. I just needed a regular manicure and they asked me to sit at a station. I waited for about 20 min and a lady brought me a water. 2 other customers walk in. One of them gets seated and started on a pedi and Im still there waiting. 30 min now. They tell me it wont be much longer. 45 min. 50 min. 52 min I couldnt take it anymore and left

5 /5 Diana: I love their friendliness and willing to go that extra mile for you. Tooke me some time finding a nail place Im comfortable with Im glad I found them, Ive been living here in Annaville for about 3yrs now so glad I found them. Prices are reasonable as well.

2 /5 CathrinxAnne: For my set, they did pretty good. A few bubbles here and there, not too bad though. My friends set on the other hand, HORRIBLE! Bubbles, discoloration, nail was not cleaned at all, and incompetent staff! The managers mother works at their spa, and she absolutely ignored the issues. She had to redo them twice and still messed them up, one of her nails literally had a hair in them! Even after telling them we wouldnt be back the proceeded to give us a gift card. As my friend said, "I dont want them. I dont want to pay for them. You can have them, take them off.". Not worth the gas or the money! The two stars are for the nail tech that did mine, not the best work but she was nice and did her job.

1 /5 Tiyanna King: i went to get a full set, the nails are the ugliest nails i ever got . i called to let them know i hate my nails she said i could come in and get them removed i said okay. she then calls me back and says she can remove them but she won’t give me my money back . the worst service i’ve ever received while getting my nails done .

1 /5 karen mondragon: Worst place ever!!! They stopped doing my daughter’s friends nails because a lady with an appointment walked in. We would’ve left but they already put her full set on. They stopped in the middle of doing her nails to do another ladies nails! It was the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever encountered. My daughter’s friend had to wait an hour for them to finish until the other ladies nails were done and a foot soak. There were other ladies just sitting there and cleaning. They could have finished her nails, but made her wait. They might be racist because of the ethnicity of my daughter’s friend and the lady who was catered to. First and last time there. This occurred on Tuesday. 12/13/23.
