Gina Salas I went in a couple days ago and there were only 3 customers there. 2 employees... maybe 3. I just needed a regular manicure and they asked me to sit at a station. I waited for about 20 min and a lady brought me a water. 2 other customers walk in. One of them gets seated and started on a pedi and Im still there waiting. 30 min now. They tell me it wont be much longer. 45 min. 50 min. 52 min I couldnt take it anymore and left

Diana I love their friendliness and willing to go that extra mile for you. Tooke me some time finding a nail place Im comfortable with Im glad I found them, Ive been living here in Annaville for about 3yrs now so glad I found them. Prices are reasonable as well.

CathrinxAnne For my set, they did pretty good. A few bubbles here and there, not too bad though. My friends set on the other hand, HORRIBLE! Bubbles, discoloration, nail was not cleaned at all, and incompetent staff! The managers mother works at their spa, and she absolutely ignored the issues. She had to redo them twice and still messed them up, one of her nails literally had a hair in them! Even after telling them we wouldnt be back the proceeded to give us a gift card. As my friend said, "I dont want them. I dont want to pay for them. You can have them, take them off.". Not worth the gas or the money! The two stars are for the nail tech that did mine, not the best work but she was nice and did her job.

Millie Trujillo Ive been getting my nails done here for almost 2 yrs after visiting quite a few of other salons in Corpus. They have always been attentive and friendly to me. Jordan is my favorite technician for my manicures. Their prices have gone up a bit too much for my liking but I blame this terrible economy and not them. I do recommend them but perhaps schedule your appointments because they do have a high number of walk ins.

CREACIONES ABIGAIL I went to get these nails for my birthday, to start off the guy that did them was clearly new. He kept asking the other guy what to do. He was confused on the design that I wanted but that’s not to blame for the bad job he did. He cut my natural nails in squares which seem odd, the acrylic on the part of my natural nails is SO THIN. He had already left the acrylic thin and then he went in with the drill to make it even more thin. The nail on my pointer finger (that you see in the photo) was ripped off with a piece of tape. THE NAILS WERE SO THIN THAT A PIECE OF TAPE COULD TAKE THEM OFF. I asked for rhinestones on two of my nails on each hand and he put gel over it which just created a lump on the top of my nails. Now the nails with the rhinestones broke off so easily they just snapped in half because of how thin he left the nails and how thick the gel+ rhinestones were. Because of how heavy the tip was when those nails broke they took part of my natural nail off. To add to that acrylic went past the cuticle so when my nails grew the nail looked lifted and they broke off very easily at the cuticle. The guy also drilled into my cuticle because instead of paying attention he was laughing with the other nail techs. The nails also started to crack on the side so I literally had to cut off the tip of the nails because I couldn’t grab anything or else the acrylic+natural nails would break off. THE FIRST NAIL BROKE AT ONLY 3 DAYS. THESE WERE ONLY TWO WEEKS OLD AND I ALREADY HAD LOST FOUR NAILS. Just the hand nails were $85 and to say the least they won’t get another penny from me.

Lindsey Mosley After having gone to two other salons prior yesterday and having a bad experience right as I walked in the doors, I came here for the first time. It was busy and I waited in the massage chair for my pedicure forever! But it was an awesome chair! I did have to wait a long time and finally asked the tech next to me for a drink. I felt bad for her because the elderly lady she was working on complained the entire time about everything and the tech was kind and patient and was doing a great job from where I could see! When I finally got Lina as my tech I was so pleased with her up beat attitude and amazing work! I then got moved over for my manicure and waited a really long time there before I got Sam as my tech! Another amazing girl that did a great job and had a pleasant conversation! Aside from the long wait and having to hunt someone down for a drink, it was a great experience! Will go there again!

Stephanie Disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I came in expecting a $35 pedicure and was shocked to walk out with a $60 charge. The only explanation? Once the technician realized I wasn’t tipping, she suddenly “remembered” to add something to the bill. That is dishonest and completely unacceptable. A tip is earned, not assumed. I work hard for my money, and I expect the same level of effort and integrity from any business I support. The service itself was rushed, careless, and poorly executed. There were visible specs of paraffin wax still on my feet when I left—an obvious sign of a lack of attention to detail. The customer service was equally disappointing: cold, inattentive, and dismissive from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, while I was there, another customer was visibly upset—in tears—because of how badly her nails were done. That alone speaks volumes about the consistency of poor service. I only went here out of desperation, but I will absolutely never return. If more effort went into providing quality service rather than manipulating charges, perhaps this place wouldn’t be plagued with bad reviews and an empty salon. Highly unprofessional. Do better.

Brianna Martinez Had a pedicure done here a year ago and the guy who sits at the front did my pedicure for the first time ever when usually it’s one of the ladies instead, but I trusted him because he’s been there a while. I had an ingrown and he pulled the nail out wrong and what costed me $40 for the original pedicure turned into an over $400 fix. The next day I had redness and signs of infection and I could hardly walk, I called them and they said to go in and get it fixed but I didn’t want them to mess it up more so I went to the ER who then had me go to a podiatrist. I had to get acid on one side of my toe for the nail to never grow there again. A year later I’m still dealing with fungal infection and pain all because of that one guy. I’ve never been back there again, I would go for years with my mom to do our mani pedis and eyebrow waxes but I’ve never been back since. Please be careful if you have ingrowns and they try to pull them. I can’t speak for the other women because I never had issues with them except that one old man who sits at the front doing the nails who decided that time to do my toes.

Audra Munguia Wrong place , for some reason star nails doesn’t come up and that’s who did these glow in the dark nails, not lady nails. Star nails are the ones with the cowboys star as their establishment by little Caesar’s and south side tacos. Asked for glow in the dark and my nail lady went out of her way to fish for the glow in the dark color and knew I wanted coffin tip over my usual square … I’m in complete awe!!!! Absolutely love them!!!! & making this my new usual place. She only looked at the picture I showed her one time and remembered what they looked like. I recommend. She also does the BEST PEDICURES. I will update with the nail techs actual name soon. I honestly never asked her for it.

The Hot Towel Facial I received from Kayla the esthetician was so relaxing and felt very professional. 5-Star service all around. Ladies in the front were very helpful and made sure to smile as I was leaving. The little things matter, and you guys check marked every box. I would rate my experience 6 stars if I could.

The customer service was also phenomenal; the staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. However, the actual pedicure service didn’t quite live up to expectations. While it wasn’t terrible, it lacked the attention to detail I was hoping for, especially given the spa’s reputation and pricing. I expected a more thorough and polished experience. Overall, a nice place to unwind, but I’d likely look elsewhere for a top-tier pedicure.

Umm Ok I went to get my nails done and they came out PERFECT!! The staff worked hard to achieve the design I wanted. My nails (base and air-brush) were done by Tom, who was super kind and very talkative! He made me feel very comfortable and was very welcoming the whole time he was doing my nails. I didnt get the name of the lady who did the design but she was super kind and helpful as well. Ive been here 3 times in the past 2 years and each time I was more than happy with my nails.

yvonne garcia The staff at QNails and Serenity Beauty Bar management under Henry Ho . His staff at front desk and on floor are incredibly friendly and professional. My nail technician Keith took the time to make sure my manicure was perfect, and the attention to detail was impressive. The salon itself is spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere and a great selection of colors and designs. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appointment! Maggi Mayo Serenity is my go to place for a relaxing environment and quality services. The ambiance is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hannah has been amazing with my little girl! Henry has always been so welcoming and truly wants every experience to be the best experience.

tam d So I don’t recommend the salon at all. I went in today and asked for a simple natural powder full set. This old man couldn’t even do that and after it was his mistake nobody in there try to help me or fix the situation. He told me oh I forgot oh I forgot, sir. How do you forget when I literally showed you a picture and if you did forget all you had to do was asked to see the picture just don’t go with what you think I wanted. They all ignored and acted like they didn’t know what was going on or what was happening. I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and let me tell you how it just continuously declined. They can’t do any type of modern nails. They can’t even do simple sets. And as it was, this oldest man’s mistake, he didn’t even try to offer anything. He just simply cut my nails off, which was totally fine because I didn’t want these ugly nails anyway but let me tell you I do not recommend. Do not waste your time. Going to the salon. You’re not gonna get nothing that you ask for. And I think that girls name is Tiffany I thought she was the owner, but maybe she’s not no more she didn’t even try to offer me anything or to try to fix that old man’s mistake. She just acted like she didn’t hear me or what was going

Theresa Thompson I love the work they do. They take their time and my favorite part is that don’t hike up prices or add extra services to charge more. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few months now, wouldn’t change nail salons for anything else. And i get compliments on my nails all the time!

Karina Herrera I would never recommend this place. Utensils were dirty, work was sloppy, they took a ridiculous amount of time to finish my nails given they were playing musical chairs or something doing one thing for my nails then doing one thing for the other 3 people before finishing mine. Their stock is limited and their polish is cheap. The polish color quickly faded, chipped, and one nail broke! To the person that walked out due to the long wait, be grateful you didn’t waste your money here.

Keila Flores This is our nail place! Both my mom and I wont go anywhere else. Previous to finding Nail Time, everywhere I went, my gel polish would chip off in a week. Sometimes even days. At Nail Time, my gel polish will last longer than the 2 week expectation. Super friendly! And I love that it is small family owned business.

Tasha Moyer The lady did a great job in getting a pedicure for first time. However getting a fill, they started to come off within a couple days and since I didn’t come in till the 4th day they wouldn’t do anything for me without charging. I felt that it was unfair and not worth the money and the manager was rude. I will never go back there again. And the place was dirty as well. When I told her that I will be writing a review and taking my business elsewhere the manager just responded by saying okay. That is not a good business.

drivercharles The manager here or a worker, whichever doesn’t matter, but they worked here and they told me to sew my private area shut because they found out I was forced to adopt out my baby… who says something so insensitive for such a hard circumstance? It’s been echoing in my mind for so long that I had to make a review about it. I will never waste my time here ever again and I suggest the same for others… there’s no reason someone should say something so horrible and unprofessional.

Crystal Wohlfahrt Mary is incredible, she opened her doors an hour early for me today. I have been wanting to check them out and i wasnt sure what time they opened. Veronica Benavides I had a horrible experience. The girl working (not the owner) charged me $55 for just SNS. I had a $50 gift certificate and she asked me first how I was paying then said $55. I think she made that number up. No one in town charges that much!!! I got glitter and I told her one was ugly because it was missing glitter, she said what does ugly mean. I told her I didnt like the way it looked and she said dont look at it just feel it. She also burned my cuticles and they look so bad!! :(

Jeri Conley The pedi’s my husband and I received were good and the owners were very nice and reassuring that the prices are what they advertise. I got the regular pedi and my husband was talked into a gel pedi. When we went to pay for our services it came out to $90! I was overcharged for my regular pedi! So beware, know the price before you get the service done! At first it was $25 for mine and $45 for his. When we went to pay and the lady owner said something in Vietnamese to her husband and our total changed to $90!!!

Destrianna Moses I’ve been 3 or 4 times now and love it. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Yes, it does get busy and stay busy but I’ve never felt like they’ve rushed to finish just to service someone else. They truly take their time and give you what you pay for. I’ve only ever seen Phillip and he really is SO good. Super sweet and does a great job with anything you ask for. 10/10 recommend!

Tabatha Peardon These are probably the worst nails I’ve gotten, the paint it uneven, they are crooked, they don’t even clean up skin around fingers, others places do and charge same price, my skin around my toe got cut and hurts.. just so unsatisfied. I get there and is greeted by a nice gentlemen, then he directs me to a female tech. No hi, asks me for color, I get up to go to polishes because I see no samples, she sits there trying to point me to samples that are hanging. OK fine, then I choose color, go through process of shellac. I try to point to my thumb and tell her it’s crooked, apparently there is a language barrier now.. whatever I’m already getting annoyed it’s not too bad but noticeable, I can live with it. Then they don’t have color I chose. Ok, doesn’t quite match outfit needed for but ok.. during pedi I get a piece of skin clipped off! And she just looks at me and continues. No sorry, nothing! Fingers and toes done. I want to get out I pay and leave. My goodness my nails are just ugly.

Dorina Villarreal Always a great experience! When they are busy it’s still a manageable wait. Kim and Philip are my go-to’s. Kim does a great job on pedicures and SNS nails. Philip is my guy for a consistently amazing full set.

Sue Campbell I took my daughter here to get her nails done and her eyebrows and lip wax for her senior pictures. Her nails were okay other than a spot that stuck-up out of the Polish. But I would not recommend this place for waxing ever. The wax was too hot and the lady put the cloth over the wax and let it sit there too long. When she pulled the wax strip off not only did the hair come off but so did the top layer of my daughters skin. I had to take her to the doctor the next day to get some burn cream for her to put on it. Now she has to wait until her lip heals to take her senior pictures. She told me that it burns after she got it done and it was red but I didnt realize the severity of it while I was at the shop. Had I had known then I definitely would have said something. So I do not recommend this place to anyone.

LaToya Sanchez I came in because my usual spot could not do the design I wanted. I do not know the woman’s name, but she did a great job. My nails were thick and she did shave them skimmer as I made her aware. It was her first time ever attempting to do this design (it is a peculiar design that I do not even know the name for it) and I think she did a wonderful job! It is not exact and I never expect exact every time, but I still think it looks great! I went home very happy with my set!

Sarena Segovia Paid $60 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Started with a guy who kept asking me how to do his job, seemed like it was the first pedicure he’d ever done and didn’t even know how to use nail clippers. I told him he needed to clean under the toenails and push the cuticles back like the do with any pedicure. The owner (I’m assuming) came to take over and was rude and rushed through. Still left him a $10 tip, but I will be contacting TDLR about the guy they have working there with no training and possibly no license.

Lindsey Luvender Ive been going here for two years and they never fail me! Always come out with the most beautiful nails, and they last. Today I went with a simple set and included a photo. Btw, these nails glow BLUE in the dark! The small red area was there before I came in.

Shawna Harris This salon had really nice people but they took a really long time because they kept switching from from your nails to another customers nails. Thought they should finish one persons at one time. Also they are not very detailed and artistic. Plus it was very pricey for the quality of nails they did.
