    Chelsea Harris: Went in on Saturday afternoon with my daughter and requested pedicures, a full set and a refill and polish with nail art. I was immediately directed to the polish wall and never given the option of choosing a gel color. I had a design and color theme in mind, but the poor quality and selection of their regular polishes forced me to choose different colors. The procedure of the pedicure was very nice, I even complimented on the massage; however, the polish and trim of my nails left much to be desired. Toenails were uneven and she didn’t put enough coats of the poor quality polish on to look good. I requested another coat and she complied but obviously had left polish on my skin then rushed me to the manicure chair. A customer came in while we were still getting our pedicures and was sat for service, causing the tech caring for my daughter to get up and leave her without any communication about who would finish her pedicure. Eventually her nails were painted and she was directed to the drying table, she also received a pedicure that left polish on her skin. Upon sitting at the manicure table, I was told that I would have to use gel polish since that was what was already on my nails. I agreed and then found out they did not have the shade of green that I had applied to my toenails in gel. I readjusted my color choices for my nails based on their very slim selection of gel colors and you can see the results. While waiting for tech to return table. I realized my daughter was still waiting for her full set to begin. It was then I realized that there were only the 2 employees there. And the other customer was still being served. This when I re-examined my toes and looked my daughter’s realizing she had polish all over her skin too. I asked for our toes to be cleaned off, which she did, but it still left much to be desired for a pedicure polish. By this time, my daughter had given up on getting her fingernails done. I feel as though the tech rushed the process due to having 3 customers wanting manicures. I wish I would have read the prior reviews before wasting my time and money here. My nails were not dry when she directed me to wash my hands resulting in my thumb nails having a gummy texture. Also the polish work left me wishing I had left on my previous color design that was almost a month old. I had been in the salon for 2.5 hours at this point and did not want to be there any longer. It was not until I got outside that I could see how bad the quality of work really was. I will be returning on Monday to request my thumbnails and toenails get repolished, at the very least.

    Debra A Dearing Moore: They are the nicest people I could meet. The atmosphere was amazing. The artistic capability is the greatest I love my nails so much. I will be returning when it’s time to get my nails done again. I’m also going to schedule for a pedicure because they were doing some when I first got there and they were amazing.

    Camila Barrangan: I just got out of this place and that was the first and last, the girl couldn’t give me a French and this is the nails I got out of the salon with. When I get in she asked me what I wanted and I said French and I showed her the picture and she asked me what color powder I wanted and I said regular (I’m not always getting my nails done) also she is the “professional so she should know what powder to use with a French. Then when was time to do the French she said that it was not going to look good because I got clear powder!! The thing is clear powder or pink powder, you are the professional and should have done a better job on the nail’s themselves!! Now I have to go spend more $$ to get it fixed and the French I wanted!

    Kristi Kelton: I went here for the first time. I told them I was bored with the plain old nails I was getting from other places. I told them I love glitter and sparkles and rhinestones. The pic is what got for $60!!!! And he cut off all my real nails to put on tips. Ive been growing my real nails for months. So disappointed. While I appreciate the reply...I didnt ask for gel color and the custom design is a joke. It is 5 flakes of iridescent sparkle covered with clear acrylic. Absolutely NOT what I asked for. Also, other reviews say they offer drinks...I was not offered one.

    adw-tx: Recently visited Heritage Nails and Spa for a manicure and a Tropical Paradise pedicure. The experience was just as wonderful as last time--excellent customer service and attention to detail. I have to say, my feet are absolutely delighted! The new foot spas are amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, I discovered they offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash, which is a great deal. I wasnt sure if Id be able to get in, but I walked in and was quickly seated. It was the perfect way to unwind and pamper my feet after a busy week.
