The Rose Spa at the Cascades - Tyler (TX)

3 /5 Brittney Barlow: I was recommended to the rose spa and Emilee specifically for a pre birth massage. I booked an appointment with her almost a week before based on online availability. On arrival I received a different massage therapist than the one I booked with, with no explanation.

5 /5 Abby Campbell: Had a dry haircut done by Elizabeth and it was wonderful! She was able to perfectly bring to life exactly what I had in my mind!

1 /5 Kirk Hampton: I made an appointment. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early before my scheduled time. I arrived 20. 15 minutes after my schedule time the receptionist ask if I would like to reschedule as my stylist was running behind. She could have told me that at my scheduled time. Terrible customer care service!
