4 /5 Joe Butts: We were in our Mercedes Sprinter, diesel RV in the Ft Davis area with an issue of no power. These guys jumped on it without delay to help us out. Had to be either fuel flow or air flow. Blew out the air filter and replaced it. Called MB for help. They wanted to tow it to Midland for inspection. Called the last MB service rep I dealt with. He told us to turn the engine off, remove the key for a while, replace the key and restart the engine. It worked! Computer glitch related to the EGR valve. C&J wouldnt charge me anything for the time they spent. Offered to take them to lunch and they were too busy. Nice guys and very attentive. Wouldnt hesitate to use them if needed in the Ft Davis area. Thanks Clay and Jason. Much appreciate your time and attention.
