I’m supposed to be in a great mood with my vehicle having to be fixed clearly. Owner just wants to get smart-illic and disrespectful with you on the phone to go back and forth. Sorry for you being a patron of your business I suppose? Do not waste your time with this unethical, backwards business model they have “working” for them.
