From the moment you walk into the comfort and convenience of the lobby and 1) get a friendly greeting from the check-in staff, 2) throughout the process of getting your vehicle repaired - complete with state-of-the-art pictures, videos, explanation of the status and recommendations, to 3) receiving timely communications and being able to digitally sign off on documents, to 4) having your vehicle test driven before and after repairs, to 5) receiving your vehicle with a full explanation of the repairs, this business embodies efficiency and effectiveness. The service is timely, thorough, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable - especially compared to dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

2 /5 Tasha Hall: No complaints on diagnostic I guess. Money spent to tell me all the things that potentially need to be fixed. All I went there for was to have ac fixed. So after changing part and adding freon it worked less than 24 hours. I was told the thermostat needed to be changed in the diagnostic for a whopping $700. At this point I have paid over $200 for diagnostic and $300 for ac to be fixed and it still is not fixed so I brought it back to be told it was going to be $1700 for the compressor to be fixed and I point blank asked about the thermostat having anything to do with the ac and was assured that was not it. Well after getting the thermostat changed for considerably less than $700 that was quoted by Christian Brothers I am now currently riding in a cool car. It seems that this was fixing to turn into me keep bringing it back and we will keep taking your money and not fixing the problem. But thank you. I won’t be back.

Very quick turnaround time (in on Tuesday morning, approved the work on Wednesday morning and ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon). Very satisfied with the work they did and price I was charged. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Angie explained the process of what would be done, Tim was so friendly when bringing me home and Matthew and the others were so gracious in explaining what I needed to do in the future. I really appreciate each one and so sorry if I missed remembering all names. You have a wonderful team and when I need service I will surely bring my car back to your business.

The company I work for, had taken multiple different vehicles to Christian Brothers, and I can honestly say that they’ve done a great job on every vehicle we’ve taken over there. I’ve noticed that every truck they’ve fixed, we only had to take them once. One ‘n done. Didn’t have to take anything back to get tuned back up. I know how hard and nerve wracking it can be to take your vehicle to a mechanic, and you’re just hoping it’s fixed correctly the first time, and praying they’re not to ask for your arm ‘n leg when it comes time to pay. So again, let me reiterate… you can confidently take your vehicles there, and know that it’s in good, knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy hands. ThunderKat Out.
