Andrea Batts: The office in Liberty, TX is wonderful! I have only been there once and Samantha has helped me more in that 1 time than any other doctors have after years of pointless conversations. Nice receptionist, very helpful staff. I love that I can get any labs done right there in office. 10 out of 10

Deanna Beltran: Brought my son in with kidney stones and the admitting woman was the most rude inconsiderate person ever. I wouldn’t bring anyone sick to be treated like she treated us.

Jennifer Jackson Mcraven: I visited the ER again recently with my Grandson. Doctor Bales and his nurse Jessica got him fixed up. Doctor Bales is easy to talk to and always answers all my crazy questions. Mikaila that handled our paperwork was super cool with my 4 year old Grandson, she made him feel comfortable. The young lady at the check out window was courteous as well. Its nice that Joyce always calls the next day to check on the patient. I will say MOST everyone up there is super nice.

Ronald Jennings: What this hospital lacks in new fancy technology the staff makes up for! Especially the nurses. KJ and Carly treated me as if I was a family member. I wish I could remember the others names Who deserves recognition. The doctor I seen too. Just days before I had went to Hermann Memorial and they treated me like crap. Told me nothing was wrong with me. Im assuming because I had no insurance. 2 days later I walk in liberty emergency room and they Instantly started working on me. I stayed at the hospital for 3 days. Everyone I came across treated me excellent. Like I was a family member they were caring for! I did have an issue with the head day shift Nurse practitioner. She wasnt very kind and lacked Bedside manners and she would not Take in consideration what three of her nurses were recommending. But that doesnt change the fact I had the best care Ive ever had at a hospital. One bad apple cant mess it up for the rest of the staff. I wish this hospital had the funds to update their facility. They deserve it. That to the side its still a great hospital with intelligent, caring staff. From the Receptionist, Nurses, doctors, to Food Services. Thank you all so very much!

Hannah Neill: Came in here with a friend today that was told by a 24 hour clinic that she was likely suffering from toxic shock syndrome. We waited for 5 hours, and ended up having to leave because she was in too much pain and there was a very slim chance we would have been helped within the next few hours. We saw about 1 patient go in for treatment about every 2 hours. I told them it was ridiculous that my friend had not been helped because toxic shock syndrome can be deadly, and should be considered very severe where she should be treated soon. The staff told me that it was “not his fault” and offered no reassurance that she would be helped soon. When she told them she had to leave, they didn’t even question why or tell her that she should stay, they just watched her walk out. They have a terrible system, and if you’re in a dire emergency I would not recommend coming here.

Steve & Tresa Sparks: I have been to heart hospital in past for family. I was patient last week, January 16th. Everyone was very helpful and caring of my comfort. I had a right knee replacement. Surgery went great with Dr. D. Homen. Woke in recovery hearing nurse talk about my face bleeding because tape to hold tube down throat in surgery-- female nurse saying I had a mole on face that was pulled off, causing bleeding. I DIDNT have a mole. Plus my face was bruised on both sides of mouth. I am 70 years old. Nurses need to be aware of older-- things skin. 4 days later and still bruised and cut still healing.

Tyler Perez: Probably the worst ER I’ve ever been in and I been to many in several states. Been in the waiting room for more than 6 hours for an actual emergency. No television or any entertainment to keep you occupied during the visit. There are not enough rooms for the number of patients they receive, so either build a new hospital or shut this bullshit down , the staff are okay but yall gotta have a greater sense of urgency when treating people time is money.

Rita F: Dr Brindley gave me wonderful care. I did have some complications with healing but that was due to my body’s ability to heal. Not only is he a good doctor but he is a very pleasant man. His staff is amazing as well.
