Kimberly Szymanski Dr Jenks is such a good Dr & he was not afraid to see me bc of covid as was the Dr Ive been seeing for 15 yrs. He listens & is very thorough. This clinic is clean & the staff was so caring. We sure were blessed to have Dr Jenks come to our small town. I highly recommend Dr Jenks. He is also in Fairfield , Tx a cpl days of the week.

Sandra Serna My experience today with everyone in this ER was amazing. I don’t write reviews but they deserve it. Physician Assistant Ashley Lozano, Valerie RN and Regina RN were amazing with my daughter and me. They were so attentive and friendly. Nurse Valerie went beyond and gave my daughter jello and nutri bar after hearing my daughter state she was hungry , and that kept my daughter from getting hangry. They really made this ER visit go smoothly. Waiting time was reasonable it was a busy evening.

Linda Rocha I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff here at Dr Hospital. From the front desk nurses, to Dr.B Nelson. I was worried about my sons injury. Dr.B Nelson explained everything Very attentive professional.

randy starks First impression. Not a friendly front desk person. She was talking with other staff when I walked in. No friendly greeting just “ your name?” An immediate red flag. 2nd impression. The technician taking vitals and recording history was friendly. 3rd impression. PA was adequate but was not impressed with treatment plan. Will visit another Clinic

D Carsten Every time I have been here, it is clean. The staff on my visits have been kind, polite and efficient. There isnt a doctor, but the PA, Shirley Baker, seems knowledgeable and considerate. I like the fact that they have a lab and the technician is great. Great place to go for shots, check-ups, and referrals.

Britton Foreman Almost didnt go based on the reviews. Staff was really friendly and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Had strep. Was checked for several things and in and out in a timely manner. Would go again without hesitation and gladly pay what I will have to since I didnt have insurance active yet due to the 90 day wait at my current employer. If a bad review doesnt use proper grammar at a minimum consider that one. Lol. Great hospital.

Salah Hassan I read all the negative reviews below, I think it was years ago, but for my experience, I got full care, nice people in the reception, proffiosnal nurse, expert doctor, clean hospital, so 5 stars is fair enough, Thanks for everything you did for me Keep it up

Angie Butler Doctor said he was going to figure out my health condition and get me well. Came back with discharge papers and told me to make appointments with other doctors. Handed me my lab results that were clearly not normal. Had to return to urgent care to get meds needed to alleviate my issue. Nurse was very nice, however Dr. A didnt seem to be concerned in any way.

Becca Robinson Was seen here last night and OMG!!! The nurse was amazing and sweet but the “doctor” and the lab tech who did my CT scan needs a refresh in freaking ethics. The lab tech was mad that she had to be called in and took it out on me being horribly rude and cutting me off! Could barely walk from pain and she offered me NO HELP navigating. Doctor Ellison came in once for 5 minutes, listened to me breathe with her stethoscope and left…. 3 hours went by and neither the “DR” or nurse came in at all with Tylenol or anything for my pain.. the doctor poked her head in 1 time to shout about my urinalysis where everybody could hear instead of following hippa…. Got mad when I asked for a patient liaison and the doctor proceeded to argue with me and have attitude… I will never ever go back even if I’m dying and you shouldn’t either..
