2 /5 shehnaz khan: I recently visited Brenda’s salon for a haircut and wanted to share my experience. While I found Brenda to be very sweet and friendly, I was disappointed with the overall process and the final result of my haircut. Typically, I expect a haircut to start with prepping the hair, even if shampooing isnt necessary. Unfortunately, this step was skipped, which affected the overall quality of the haircut. As a result, I wasnt satisfied with the final look. I hope this feedback can help improve the services provided. Brenda was kind and attentive, but incorporating proper preparation steps could greatly enhance the client experience and satisfaction.

She did a dry cut which not many hairdressers can do and it was perfect. Additionally she works very fast which I love. I’d highly recommend Brenda to anyone

Brenda has a very cozy and spa like salon set up, always clean. She’s conveniently located and easy to find. She has a delightful personality that will put you at ease. I have tricky hair. It’s thinning in spots and quite thick in others. It genetically wants to pull warm tones, which isn’t my best look. Brenda keeps me looking my best and is very efficient. She gives a great cut and is an expert with color. Give her a try - you’ll be a client for life!
