2 /5 Geetha Guin: After reading the great reviews .. I expected a beautiful experience. Got the hair colour and hair cut today . Did not get the results as I expected. Hair color was on my forehead , side of ears etc. even after washing . Scalp feels powdery on front side. And about hair cut , I got very thick and long hair .. I showed Sara that I want long layers . She cut my hair short and volume is gone and it looks like step cut .. not long layers .. Was trying for the first time here and was hoping a lot .. but 175 $ for hair cut and hair color is not worth when the results are not as expected Don’t know why you are taking it so personally .. as a business you should be welcome with the feedback from customers . There are no lies when it comes said hair color was on my forehead , back of ears and on my shirt . Hair color was not washed properly as it was powdery on my scalp . And the haircut was not as I asked and showed as I wanted . And as per the picture of mine you took after he hair cut .. I was not smiling .. then u asked me can u smile big .. so that was courtesy smile .. Please take it as feedback . Dont take negatively

Also, finding an AFFORDABLE women’s cut was starting to feel impossible. But Zoila was awesome! She did the layers and curtain bangs I was looking for and even washed my hair! I was quoted $390 after I sent pictures of what we wanted and what our hair looked like. When we got there it changed to $700 so of course I didn’t tip bc the price was doubled from what I was quoted. Then they all are arguing about who I sent the money to and all of this back and forth in front of me and my daughter. Very unprofessional!! Then a man walks in he was quoted $60 they then was like that’s $85. Like come on just stop quoting prices.

Kristie: Made an appointment with Heather. Went to Humphrys. This salon is absolutely beautiful! Everyone that works there is so friendly and amazing, it was a beyond comfortable environment! I gave Heather a picture of what I wanted in my hair color (it was the complete opposite of what I have now). She did the most beautiful job, my hair looks great and I think it even looks better then the picture I showed her! Thank you Heather, youre a Rock Star! I would definitely recommend Humphreys Salon and Heather! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be going back!
