1 /5 Janea: Absolutely horrible experience. I went for eyebrow threading. I wasnt asked how I wanted my eyebrows, and she did not show me how it looked until she was done. The lady ended up trimming my eyebrows so short that theyre just sticking straight up now. I told her how unhappy I was with the result. Her response: "thats your problem". I asked for a discount on the service, she refused. Rude, unwilling to compromise, horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what someone else is going through. Zero stars.

5 /5 nashwah aziz: I came here to thread my eyebrows and wax my upper lip today. Sangita did my eyebrows and waxing and it looks great. I have a low pain tolerance and usually experience a lot of pain at other salons but she was very gentle and my eyebrows look great! Everyone there is lovely and the salon is very clean. I will be coming back :)

Angela Prieto: I made an appointment, well, pretty much it seems like a first come first serve thing. I dont recommend you come in on a Saturday. It was busy and the wait was a long one. But the service and haircut was well worth it.

I had made an appointment a week before, and when I go the guy that was supposed to do my hair said he didnt have me on his books, so I went back the next day in the morning 2. When he already knew I had an "appointment" the next morning he was 30 min late so not professional, he did not even apologize for that by the way 3. He charged me $20 extra than what he had said for the curls which I didnt ask for. Overall my experience was not a good one and would not recommend this place.

Also, finding an AFFORDABLE women’s cut was starting to feel impossible. But Zoila was awesome! She did the layers and curtain bangs I was looking for and even washed my hair! She was so sweet and caring! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Angela Rono: Omg what an experience I had. I went there to get my daughter’s hair braided and mine for family pictures and her birthday. I was quoted $390 after I sent pictures of what we wanted and what our hair looked like. When we got there it changed to $700 so of course I didn’t tip bc the price was doubled from what I was quoted. Then they all are arguing about who I sent the money to and all of this back and forth in front of me and my daughter. Very unprofessional!! Then a man walks in he was quoted $60 they then was like that’s $85. Like come on just stop quoting prices.
