Angela Prieto I made an appointment, well, pretty much it seems like a first come first serve thing. I dont recommend you come in on a Saturday. It was busy and the wait was a long one. But the service and haircut was well worth it.

Byn Zew I was loving my curls in the day that I got it done ❤️ but unfortunately It didnt last even a week.. I wasted my dollars, time and d quality of my hair in this salon .. They might say that I might haven’t given extra care to my hair, but I took shower only after 72 hrs of getting hair permed. After that I am using conditioner and moose as well .. Totally unsatisfied! Does a permed hair look like d picture ?? yes, it is their work !

Reba Frazier It’s hard going to someone for the first time but I have zero regrets. Violent did not disappoint. I received a pedicure with a French tip and a manicure. Her customer service was top tier and well as her talent. The hand and leg massages were amazing. I want to take her back to Mississippi with me, but I don’t think she’ll go lol. In addition to my services, she also offer hair services, waxing, and Japanese head spa! Book your appointments today…… walk-ins welcomed.

Gindy N Pro Image Salon has great customer service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sam and Susan provide excellent service and a lovely vibrant space for all your hair care needs. Many loyal customers come here, which is a telling sign of the attentive care they provide to their customers. Im glad I came here to get my hair done.

Reema Elkhatib I visited this salon for the first time for a haircut, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Suzanne cut my hair way shorter than the length I had shown her, which is frustrating. Second, when she was done, I politely asked her to take another look at the layers on the sides, as they sort of seemed uneven to me, and she became defensive and hostile. Instead of addressing my ask reassuringly, she responded with, “I know what I’m doing, you saw me check already. You’re making me nervous. We are not a $15 cut salon…” I was shocked by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. A stylist should be open to client feedback, especially when it comes to their own hair. Suzanne was hostile and unwilling to engage normally in response to my question about my haircut layers. She obviously needs coaching on how to treat customers. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

The service was fantastic, and you could really tell that the owners care about making their customers happy. They took the time to listen to what we needed, showing how dedicated and skilled they are at what they do. We left feeling great!

I was a bit nervous about wearing a wig for the first time, but Henrietta made me feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment I called. She was fantastic—helpful, friendly, and really understanding. During our consultation, she listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. She took my measurements and helped me choose the perfect color for my custom wig. I went with 20 inches of black hair, and I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful it turned out. When I returned for the fitting, Henrietta made sure everything looked perfect. She even trimmed it and provided detailed instructions on how to take care of it, as well as how to put on the wig. I really appreciated that she ensured I loved the wig before I left and recommended some great products to help me maintain it. The next day, she called to check in and see if I had any questions—talk about great customer service! I took advantage of the “Free Wigs For Veterans” program, which is such an incredible service for veterans. They create custom-colored extensions made from 100% human hair and offer all techniques of hair extensions, plus options for thinning hair, hair loss, and non-surgical hair replacement. If you’re looking for quality and a personal touch, I highly recommend Hair Paradise Salon & Day Spa. Henrietta truly goes above and beyond!

Lapis Rose My wife (transwoman) was referred to this salon via the VA Free Wig program, and Henrietta has been an absolute angel & dream come true! She is very talented, caring, and a wig expert! Highly recommend!

Ellen Thompson Henrietta was wonderful! I was referred by the VA for a free wigs for veterans program. She helped me pick a perfect size and color and was incredible to work with! She made sure I knew how to properly care for it and make it last a long time and look its best!

Marie Ramirez I’ve been coming to see Lesley over a year for my Brazilian wax. I first came to the shop because I had a Groupon for a good price. Lesley does a great job, she’s very professional, friendly and she works fast. We are always done in less than 15 mins. I was running 20 minutes late for my appointment one time and she waited for me with no problems. Highly recommend.

Rosa First time customer here! Based on all the great reviews, I was excited to come in! Let me preface by saying I am not hairy. However, I went in for THREADING, (full face), since I wanted my peach fuzz gone and my brows cleaned up. The owner is heavy handed. I’ve been going for full face threading for 20 years and experienced threaders glide over the skin to catch the hair in the threads. There’s no need to apply heavy pressure on the skin. She also kept stopping to check my skin closely for hairs missed and would periodically stop to rub her hand over my face to… I’m assuming checking for missed hairs. She was FAST AND RUSHING as well throughout my service, which was disappointing because the cost is comparable to corporately owned, chain locations and franchises. I figured since this was a family owned place, the service would be great and the price would be low. The price is not low. The price is the same as what I pay at Wink, ($30 not including tip). I left with so many small bleeding cuts on my face and neck along with soooo many spots she’d missed! I counted 6 bleeding cuts and a lot more missed threading spots on my face and brows. I had to tweeze my brows when I got home and used my wand face razor on the rest of my face as well. I will not be returning to this salon. Sad, because I love going to independently owned salons. There are sooooo many other great threading salons in South/North Irving with lower prices and better service. The owner/threader needs to SLOW down to avoid cutting and missing spots.

Sarah Glass Savannah is the absolute best!!! I’ve gotten my hair done by many people throughout the years and I swear she has done the most incredible job on my hair from cut to color, always so patient and literally exceeds expectations, highly recommend!! Shes also extremely cool and laid back :D

Sharon Robbins Tech was awesome. Color is fantastic. Worked me in next day. They were professional, caring, funny, knowledgeable doing curly hair. The cut look spectacular. Will be doing a lot more business with them.

Subha Palanisamy I would highly suggest people to read this review and the rest of negative reviews first before deciding to choose this place. Extremely disappointed with the hair color service. The quality of products was so bad that it damaged my hair badly. My hair is damaged a lot now. Also the color did not last at all. Just within few washes my hair color went off, i asked for dark brown the first time i went there. When it was done it looked good. I used color safe and sulfate free hair products only. But the color went off within a month. I called them up and went for a second hair color session. They again charged me. As i wanted to get it fixed so badly I did not hesitate to pay again. So I got my hair colored there twice, paid twice but now again the color is gone. Very disappointed. Will never go back, will not recommend this place to anyone. Responding to the owner’s comment: Everyone knows that color would fade. But it will not fade in less than a month. I got it colored for the second time and paid again for the color to go off again in a month. Have colored my hair before and this was not what happened. Worst place ever. I am not posting review to get my money back or get it fixed with you guys. It is so unprofessional of you to not even acknowledge the criticism. Customer satisfaction has to be prioritized. This place is extremely unprofessional. You guys have many negative reviews which talks about the quality of products in the same way I did. It is my mistake that I did not read through all the reviews before getting in to get my hair colored. I thought you would at least be professional enough to gracefully accept the negative feedback. Well your response to my review clearly shows that you are not.

Dylan I had a great experience I showed her a photo and I asked for a mid taper and she did great for a taper and u cant beat the price for 15$ in a barbershop its 40 for a taper I recommend coming here

Ivan G Cash only. One of the cheaper places to get a hair Cut. Always tip $5-$10. Its worth it for the price youre paying. Been coming for over 10 years and my cut had been consistent.

Kayla Rhodus I went to Beauty Emporium after a friend recommended it and got full highlights done by Avery. Let me tell you- she understood the assignment! I had longer hair and my color was very sad and drab looking. I showed Avery a photo of what I was wanting and she did exactly that. Cut off a ton of my nasty dry hair and created this cute little bob. Every step of the way she explained what she was doing and why. Happy to say I officially found my hair girl! 10/10 recommend this salon and 15/10 recommend Avery!

Angela Cruz I had my appointment with Brenda and she was amazing. She exceeded my expectations and she really worked on giving me a look that I wanted. I went completely blonde. I am waiting on the pictures from the owner. That way I can post them in this review, but I applaud her so much, even though she actually had an emergency at home. She still managed to come into work on time and finish the whole session without even having any hours of sleep prior to it because of this emergency. I applaud her so much as a stylist and I really like the salon. Thank you so much to the owner as well for giving me tips on how to take care of my new hair color And giving me a discount for olaplex!

Raghav Krishnan Radhika is amazing and is very attentive to detail. She’s always patient and will ensure that the haircut is well balanced. I have never had an inadequate cut or color at nature’s glow.

Janea Absolutely horrible experience. I went for eyebrow threading. I wasnt asked how I wanted my eyebrows, and she did not show me how it looked until she was done. The lady ended up trimming my eyebrows so short that theyre just sticking straight up now. I told her how unhappy I was with the result. Her response: "thats your problem". I asked for a discount on the service, she refused. Rude, unwilling to compromise, horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what someone else is going through. Zero stars.

BATUL BHARMAL All people in salon is excellent and experienced in everything I had my hair color which was done very nicely I am happy and yesterday’s they had done my Brazilian blow out which was also done amazing love u guys ! Highly recommended

Gris Aguilar I hadn’t have the time to leave a review for these amazing people! Anibal and his sister were such an incredible team and they were sure I got what I asked for. He was a little nervous about doing my hair since it was very damaged, but I told him to go ahead and do it. Him and his sister kept an eye on it all the time and they communicated pretty well on what was going on. With complications and all, I got the color I wanted and I was pretty satisfied with the results! You won’t regret going to Anibal ♥️

Carolina Ramirez My daughter got her upper lip waxed today and the person who did it had the wax way too hot and it burned her lip. The whole transaction was very unprofessional making very unnecessary comments about her hair and her acne. She obviously didnt know what she was doing if she had it that hot

Aakriti Bhandari As someone who wants a subtle look for her big day, wedding day, I was very happy with the results. I would recommend this place to everyone in texas. I did my hair and makeup and the artists were so friendly and patient. They listened to all my requirements and did accordingly. I was so happy and I felt so confident by the outstanding makeup and hair on my day.

Ha Do I went as a walk-in for a trim to my bob haircut. Paid over ten dollars more than my usual lady. No wash but a little hair dryer action after squirting my hair wet. I was happy until the next day when I washed it. My hair was visibly uneven from one side to the other. I did not know about the back. I went back to the salon and the lady that cut my hair was not there. I told the lady that was there what happened, and she said she would fix it. Well, she took her time and it seemed fine at the time. She did not charge me. Well, today my hair is dirty and when i looked at it again, it still is noticeably uneven. Now I will find another place to get my hair cut.

Al Val This hair salon has left me terribly disappointed. Ive been coming here for the past 5-7 years usually getting the same haircut. The manager Samita has always been very nice. It wasnt until a few months ago, I tried getting a bob (a way different request than previous years), and this was the outcome. She was nice enough to squeeze me in her schedule only to get a haircut like this. (She also had the chance to refuse service for a different day if she did not have the time to do it correctly, but instead she suggested to see her at a certain time). She took no more than 15-20 mins at the most. I requested a refund and she said she couldnt give it to me as she had "already spent time cutting my hair," or I could use it for my eyebrows. She advice for me to go back and fix it but I definitely do not trust her with my hair or eyebrows. I was so embarrassed to walk around like that. I went to a different hair salon the same day, was charged the same price, my hair was washed, cut and styled afterwards although the lady took her time to do it. Seriously, if you dont have the time to do something then just say you cant do it instead of messing up someones hair this bad.

While I found Brenda to be very sweet and friendly, I was disappointed with the overall process and the final result of my haircut. Typically, I expect a haircut to start with prepping the hair, even if shampooing isnt necessary. Unfortunately, this step was skipped, which affected the overall quality of the haircut. As a result, I wasnt satisfied with the final look. I hope this feedback can help improve the services provided. Brenda was kind and attentive, but incorporating proper preparation steps could greatly enhance the client experience and satisfaction.

Brenda has a very cozy and spa like salon set up, always clean. She’s conveniently located and easy to find. She has a delightful personality that will put you at ease. I have tricky hair. It’s thinning in spots and quite thick in others. It genetically wants to pull warm tones, which isn’t my best look. Brenda keeps me looking my best and is very efficient. She gives a great cut and is an expert with color. Give her a try - you’ll be a client for life!

Jesse Arenas I have been looking for someone who cuts hair more like the way my mom does it. And I found Estella who works here and does an amazing job you can tell she takes pride in her work. So now me and my brothers go there. Ive never been to a barber so I cant compare but Im very happy here again she does an amazing job. Im glad I found her I was just a walk-in. Thank you I still have for doing a great and wonderful job every time I come in.

Aayushi Mahajan I was new in town and googled hair salons when i read the reviews for Nuevo look. Based on the reviews I called in and asked if Luisa(the owner) could do my hair. She told me that she is booked for the day and will give me best possible she can. When I reached there she took care of me herself by squeezing me in her schedule. She was nice, polite and listened to what I had in mind. I could see it she was busy but she did not rush on my hair. She took her time. Overall I am pretty happy with my hair. I am definitely going back.
