1 /5 Andrea Arteaga: My 13 year old brother was having horrible pain in his stomach and my mom and I came to receive treatment and request for scans in case it was anything major. From when my mom arrived, she felt the service was NOT personable or kind at all, very dry and disconnected. On different occasions, we felt like an object rather than people needing care. From getting his vitals checks, Dr coming in the first time to see him, and when the results the Dr literally popped his head in saying "its just a stomach bug" and popped out again, didnt even bother coming all the way in. Truly, the only professional who was kind and had good bedside manner was Holly, the ultrasound tech. The bill was not cheap either. Like other reviews, we have to pay upfront $1250, my mom barely in the door.
If the care and service was better, it would have been well spent. 4+ hours, a lot of time spent waiting around and when attended, it was poorly. Don’t go to this place !! If you’re expecting to get good service.
