4 /5 Ruthl3ss B3auty: Update: Ms. Roni and the clinical administrator contacted me, answered every question and even told me if I needed to come back I could. The follow up was great and they made me feel like my toddler was their family member and wanted to do whatever to make sure everything was addressed. I brought my toddler to Beaumont Emergency Hospital yesterday around noon. Earlier this week, we were told she has strep and given amoxicillin. 3 days later, persistent fever and complaints of neck pain, I picked this place over an urgent care just in case we needed XRays etc and over Baptist to avoid the long wait. We are private pay, called before arrival and was given a quote of $350, this amount was okay for a piece of mind. Arrived, informed of recommendations, the total was $650 for an assessment, in house labs/swabs/xray (which was still okay for a piece of mind, advertised short wait times and kids being VIP). We experienced a longer than expected wait but kind receptionists, nurses and experienced physician.

5 /5 Mary Daniel Templeton: Can’t say enough good things about this place. Especially at 2am when your baby is sick and having trouble breathing. He was seen and treated rapidly with care and expertise. Hands down best ER in the area.

4 /5 Kelly Eddy: My daughter was in the hospital yesterday. Just had to say Dr. Myers is a really good doctor. When I first met him, I did not like him. I believe he was frustrated after the first CAT scan results showed no issues. I can say he tried to keep my daughter comfortable the whole time she was there. Dr. Myers decided since we could not have her admitted to a hospital nearby to have a second CAT scan with they fluids and found that my daughter had kidney stones that were missed and the first CAT scan.. his whole demeanor changed and I realized he is awesome and I do believe that the whole racing for the way he acted that first was because he was upset that he wasn’t able to solve our problem. Once it came out that the radiologist was wrong and there was a solution, Dr. Myers was just as happy as we were. I do thank him for everything he did. He worked hard to get us a solution. As far as radiology, that’s why I dropped at a star. They should’ve seen a 4 mm stone on the first scan. So the doctor is not at fault. He went by what the radiologist said. Thank God, he ordered the second scan.
