1 /5 Amy McFarland: My service date was November 2, 2016. It was covered by my insurance at 100%, and Aetna paid the claim on December 12, 2016. Under the same transaction with my payment, Aetna recouped an overpayment from another patient. Bmt Emerg Medcn then sent my bill to collections. It is still there today!! They will not remove it! Aetna has sent the transaction information twice, and I have faxed the information to the collection agency and to Bmt Emerg Medcn. I ask for a supervisor to call me back every time Ive called, but they never do. I have spent over 8 hrs total on the phone over this issue. There is no one to report this to. ???
