2 /5 Amy Reece: Nursing staff was excellent, however front desk was on the struggle bus. Also, front desk was overwhelmed with 20 patients trying to check in & had an attitude with me for no good reason when I tried to tell her my paper work had been filled out online. Also, I could absolutely understand her frustration when the next front desk person was scheduled at 7:00am & didnt walk out to the desk until 7:15 (I was standing there paying when she finally showed up.)
And then I am trying to pay, but 4 different cards between me & fiancee are being unable to process "due to fraud"... Only for the front desk person to realize she forgot to "unclick" or click something she needed for our cards to run properly.
The surgery nurse came up there in between all of this wondering where I was, & why I wasnt being prepped.....
