5 /5 Gaualofa Fuga: I had an awesome experience with Cheri, the owner. Shes truthful and professional. Cheri took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions and shes an expert in what she does .I asked her other clients and they told me that Cheri is the best and they have been coming here for years. Cheri made me feel comfortable and is very respectful. She will be working on my daughters hair as well . Balance Salon and Spa is clean, pretty looking and professional inside. I had gone to six other salons in Killeen Texas that day and not only the inside of their salons were dirty, looking like it hasnt been swept or mopped in weeks. It makes you wonder if their salon equipment are clean? "Some of the owners & workers were very dismissive , rude and had no patience answering my questions. Figured they didnt need my money, which isnt wise because inflation prices has gone high. Moreover, I will going to Balance Salon & Spa from now on and taking my friends and family there ❤️❤️❤️

She communicated with me asked what l wanted done. Clearly, my hair needed some work and she did just that! I’m obsessed!!! Definitely recommend!!

As soon as I walked in, she knew who I was even though I never met her before, and she got me straight into the chair to start the appointment. The store was clean and cute! She is really easy to have a conversation with. She asks questions and keeps the conversations going. The haircut was cute, and the curls were cute. Just make sure you know what you want before you go in! It’s hard for the stylist to give you the cut you want, if you don’t know what you are after yourself. Would go again to try her other services as well!

Cheri is one of the sweetest people on earth and her talent with hair is remarkable. She immediately knew what to do without me having to say a whole lot.
