She tells you the truth but in a loving and professional way. Her salon is so nice and calming. Words can never express how thankful I am for finding her salon and being able to sit in her chair and experience her service. I went in today as usual for my appointment and as if she reads minds she knew just what my hair needed. She gave my hair love and much needed attention. My scalp and hair was done so good by a hair moisturizer, conditioner scalp massage and wash. And thats before getting into my hair and getting all my new growth loced up. Needless to say, she cancelled both her interview today and her date for tonight and now has to go to another salon to get it fixed. $$$ The hairdresser offered to re-bleach it and fix it however this would cause immense damage and breakage. WOW! Incidentally, pink is the only color she hates and now Im left picking up the pieces. Does this look red and blonde to you?

Desiree was able to squeeze my other child in who wasnt on the schedule and I appreciated that. It may not be like that all the time.The customer service was exceptional. Desiree and Netta did a marvelous job on their heads. They were very patient and answered all my questions. They are nice people to. They get booked up so call ahead of time and schedule your appointment. They also do locs. They both got silk and press which was 65.00 a piece. It was definitely worth paying for. Once again, give them a call so you can look your best by the best.

Native Domi: I feel scammed. I’ve come to this shop on and off for years but I will never patron this business again. Provided a picture and the outcome looked nothing like the picture. Was quoted one price and at the end of services I did NOT ask for I was charged. Owner was unapologetic when confronted about why the outcome was different than what I expected. On top of overpaying, she also tried to upsale me on edge control which I did not get. I asked for knotless box braids and walked out with hair that looked like old crochet hair from the mid 2000s. Disappointed and disrespected! $220! Ladies please watch scams and desperation tactics during the holiday season

Jackie Henson: Went to get Hot hair fusions done by Chantelle and the job she performed was very unprofessional and not done correctly as she stated to me I was the first African-American with natural hair she did hair fusions on. Hair fusions came out horrible and now I have to get them removed from another hairstylist. I did ask for a refund which was $675 to be given back which she refused after her bad service performed on my hair. I would not recommend anyone to go there to get hair Fusions as your money will be taken and you will not be happy with the results. Also make sure you ask for hair Invoice and receipt as apparently she doesn’t give them out either. I was also charge for hair that I did not use as she ordered too much and I ended up paying for that as well. There are other salons out there that will treat you a lot better than ruining your hair and taking your money but I will never go back there again.
