As I got to my car someone stuck their head out the door and when I called out to them they shut the door. Oh well, going to another salon

Desiree was able to squeeze my other child in who wasnt on the schedule and I appreciated that. It may not be like that all the time.The customer service was exceptional. Desiree and Netta did a marvelous job on their heads. They were very patient and answered all my questions. They are nice people to. They get booked up so call ahead of time and schedule your appointment. They also do locs. They both got silk and press which was 65.00 a piece. It was definitely worth paying for. Once again, give them a call so you can look your best by the best.

Native Domi: I feel scammed. I’ve come to this shop on and off for years but I will never patron this business again. Provided a picture and the outcome looked nothing like the picture. Was quoted one price and at the end of services I did NOT ask for I was charged. Owner was unapologetic when confronted about why the outcome was different than what I expected. On top of overpaying, she also tried to upsale me on edge control which I did not get. I asked for knotless box braids and walked out with hair that looked like old crochet hair from the mid 2000s. Disappointed and disrespected! $220! Ladies please watch scams and desperation tactics during the holiday season

Jackie Henson: Went to get Hot hair fusions done by Chantelle and the job she performed was very unprofessional and not done correctly as she stated to me I was the first African-American with natural hair she did hair fusions on. Hair fusions came out horrible and now I have to get them removed from another hairstylist. I did ask for a refund which was $675 to be given back which she refused after her bad service performed on my hair. I would not recommend anyone to go there to get hair Fusions as your money will be taken and you will not be happy with the results. Also make sure you ask for hair Invoice and receipt as apparently she doesn’t give them out either. I was also charge for hair that I did not use as she ordered too much and I ended up paying for that as well. There are other salons out there that will treat you a lot better than ruining your hair and taking your money but I will never go back there again.
