1 /5 Shannon OHara: My friend asked for red and to keep the bangs blonde. She told me before hand what she was getting. She called me bawling and devastated. Needless to say, she cancelled both her interview today and her date for tonight and now has to go to another salon to get it fixed. $$$ The hairdresser offered to re-bleach it and fix it however this would cause immense damage and breakage. WOW! Incidentally, pink is the only color she hates and now Im left picking up the pieces. Does this look red and blonde to you?

1 /5 Maria Gray: I’ve been coming to this salon off and on since I was 18 years old. I’m not going to say who but this establishment needs a break. You can’t charge someone for a service and not do the service accordingly. If you tired, just say that. If you can’t fix my hair the way I ask, just say that. I always tip and am a good one at that! So today I called and ask how much it would cost to sew in three bundles of hair? Not to braid my hair but to sew in three bundles of hair! I can hear the beautician covering the phone and whispering in the background. If you don’t wanna do my hair then just say that! What I’m not going to do is pay $105 for some work that I know is unsatisfactory and that is done as if someone that wasn’t licensed would do my hair! The first time you did my hair I asked you about a net, the second time you did my hair I asked you about a net, you told me that a net was for a woman with short hair which is not true. Stop charging people for services that you aren’t doing correctly! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because they have good days and bad days and as a beautician a good beautician is always efficient and does her job well. My mom always said a job well done is a job done well and this establishment is none of the two!

5 /5 Deja Warrior: I arrived into Killeen on Orders and was desperate to chop of all my hair.. I just so happened to come upon Ms. Deb and her cute little shop and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since and have never been disappointed. Ms. Deb has been with me through all of my crazy hair colors as well as helping me get my dreads started. Her salon has begun to feel like home the more I continue to go back. Very friendly and a holy environment. And very fair pricing as well.

5 /5 T Nalex: Awesome experience sanitized areas, mask worn. Ms Rhoda J is an Exceptional hairstylist she honest upfront she goes the extra mile for the benefit of your hair. I went from kinky to straight this time with a perm. She great with natural hair she give the best silk wrap my daughters hair is natural whenever she gets a silk wrap it last for weeks. Hair shampoo and conditioner treatment are phenomenal. She part of a dying breed when it come to styling hair she about the health of your hair. Good ole fashion hair care ❤ it.
