2 /5 Iris Hale: I got my hair done by this establishment around half a month ago. I was booked as a 3:00 p.m client and I waited for over an hour until they began my hair. When calling to make a reservation, they didnt take my name, so there was confusion when I arrived and they didnt know who I was. It turns out that I did not bring enough hair, and I was willing to run out and grab some more. But they substituted with some of the hair they had to fill in the patches. Or so I thought. They failed to tell me that even with the extra hair, there was still a patch of uncovered hair. Two weeks later, the hair I got crocheted in began to fall out. The ends of the cornrow of my real hair are now exposed, and I have to keep tucking them back in. The braider was sick when doing my hair, and coughed multiple times behind me, along with blowing her nose then not sanitizing before touching my hair again. All in all, they were very nice people, but I will not be going back to this place due to the lack of communication and professionalism.
