From the start, the owner, Stefan, was incredibly helpful—assisted with setting up and made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s clear that the employees here are well taken care of, and that positive energy carries over into the experience they provide for their clients.
When I arrived for my service, they gave me a questionnaire, which I really appreciated. It included a free add-on option and even asked if I preferred to chat or have quiet time during my appointment—something small but so thoughtful, as my mood varies between wanting to talk and simply relaxing.
The entire space is beautiful, clean, and well-designed, and the shampoo room was especially relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed and like I was their priority.
For my service, Megan gave me a haircut, and when I mentioned I had a performance coming up, they went above and beyond by styling my hair into a gorgeous bun. Another employee even stepped in to do some makeup touch-ups since I’m not the most skilled in that area. It was such a kind and unexpected extra touch that made me feel even more confident.
Overall, I can’t recommend Apotheca enough! The level of care and attention to detail here is unmatched, and I’ll definitely be back.
