1 /5 Ashley McCarthy: I was highly dissatisfied with my recent visit to this salon. While the salon itself is beautiful with a great selection of products, the quality of the haircut and the skill level of the stylist did not live up to the price or expectations. I visited on 2/21/25, shortly after they had been featured on a local news station, and had high hopes.
I clearly explained that my hair is wavy/curly and that I prefer long, shaggy layers. Unfortunately, my stylist didn’t seem to consider my hair texture at all. She immediately chopped my bangs in a way that felt very harsh. I allowed her to continue, hoping the final result would blend, but it didnt. Instead, I was left with a jagged, unblended cut and a complete lack of shape. In the end, I told her that my bangs were blunt and asked if she could feather them out. She responded by taking thinning scissors to my bangs making matters worse.
I paid $94 for this poorly executed haircut and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. If you have straight hair and prefer simple cuts, this salon may work for you, but I’d advise anyone else to look elsewhere. I would have preferred to speak with a manager directly, but I’m leaving this review in hopes of being reimbursed for such an unsatisfactory experience.
