Shes consistently applied artistry with precision to the myriad styles Ive requested over the years, and she intuitively knows how to cut in a manner thats face-flattering. The time flies by when Im in her chair, and I always leave with an extra bounce in my step. Bonus: Ericas cuts grow out beautifully, so if Im traveling and need to stretch an extra week or two between salon visits, its all good thanks to Ericas expertise. Brava!

5 /5 Jack N.: Ericas hair cuts are like crack. Get one and youll be calling her in the middle of the night begging for your next appointment. Most people never get the opportunity to have stylist of this level work on their hair. She visions it and makes it happen. Its the type of thing you didnt realize you were missing until she did it, and youre like, "my hair does that!?!" Thats probably why visiting rock stars want to work with her.

It was my first perm and they made it such a good experience. The prices are very affordable compared to top salons in NYC. The service was very personable and the staff are very generous with their care and attention. It’s been a couple days since I got my perm done and I am even more in love with it. I would definitely come back to get my perm done at Windy’s again.

Elizabeth A: For hair extensions: I have been bumped around from a couple of different stylists. They are rude beyond the pale. They triple book and tell me to hurry once Im seated. They also have cancelled on me the day of, but when I had terrible food poisoning (to the point of almost going to the hospital), they had no compassion. I was told they would send me a bill. So, I said I would still go with a throw up bag and was denied. Ive worked tirelessly when sick to resolve this, yet to no avail. I always am very generous with tipping as well. One stylist is very talented, but she is only there every other weekend now. I will never go back to this salon for so many reasons. Their time is valuable, but they dont believe mine is. Watch out for this place.
