5 /5 Georgiapeach 706: Unfortunately, for us, our sweet baby Sox passed away this Saturday, 28 September 2024.
We got Sox when she was only six weeks ago in 2011 she would have been 13 on October 9th. We took her to this emergency vet for cremation after she passed away on our bathroom floor after her battle with cancer. Everything, went so well from the time we called them to let them know she had passed away, they told us to bring her right on in. The woman at the front desk, put us in a room right away and told us that we can spend as much time saying goodbye to her as we needed. She was also so sweet to give us a lock of her hair and whiskers so that we can take it with us. It was so hard to leave her there on the table and we kept going back-and-forth because we knew that we would never see her again on this earth. We opted to have her remains cremated. We turned her in on Saturday and on Monday evening she was already ready for pick up. Once we got there, we received her remains and let me tell you, everything was so beautifully done by the crematory personnel “Cherished Memories “. The sweet lady who owns the company came out from the back and gave us a tutorial on how to unlock her box that she was in and also the necklace that held her remains. We have never had a pet cremated before so this was a new experience for us. She was so sweet, patient and kind to us. I highly recommend her, her company and also the Vet. As you can see from the pictures that everything was beautifully done. The box, The necklace, the certificate and everything that you get in the gift bag. Job well done. I, 100% recommend this establishment And especially Cherished Memories . We will miss our baby so much, and of course, we would much rather have her here, but the time and the thought that went into creating this beautiful memory for us will never be forgotten Ty!
