1 /5 marian rodriguez: Been calling everyday Oct. 21-25 asking 4my paperwork 4 labs (my fault should of been done several months ago). They would tell me its not ready n they would call when its done (which is fine dont wanna waste time n gas, coming fr the way other side of town). Finally 2day they tell me 2go ahead n come in n it should b ready when I arrive. I come in n the front desk dont know what Im talking bout tells me 2wait. Then I get called 2the back this nurse tells me I dont need any paperwork 4labs n I could just get my labs done there at the clinic. There must of been a mix up not knowing if my insurance covered my labs or not. I kept my cool n tried 2explain 2her my situation. I guess she was 2bz she didnt want 2hear me n kept cutting me off. ***What Im upset about is ...(1)why did it take a week 2tell me that I dont need any paperwork 4my labs? (2)why didnt they tell me I could of done my labs at the clinic n why send me at another? (3)why didnt she tell me this over the phone? Wasted time n gas!!! She should pay me $25. (4)Dr. Mitchell if ur reading this dont tell ur patient 2make an appointment w/ u specifically because according 2this nurse its not important or does not matter its whoever is available. Im gonna listen 2this nurse n do my labs in a couple of days. I have a feeling when I arrive their gonna have no clue on what needs 2b done n why am I there when Im suppose 2go 2the other clinic somewhere across the hospital. This is so frustrating n it sucks that nothing happens 2this nurse. I wish KARMA on who deserves it gorb. Please contact me if anything is gonna b done. Theres also several issue that has happened n I feel no1 cares 2hear or do anything bout it. Lifes not fair but what else can b done?

5 /5 Steven Bailey: I have been seeing Dr Ralph since 2017/18. He is the best primary care provider I have had in my life. You can tell he genuinely cares about your well being and wants the best for you. He is kind and patient. He will be my PCP as long as he is a Doctor.

1 /5 Deswagg D: Went in wanting to get a simple test done. Took 2 and a half hours of waiting until I was able to go back to the exam room. Waited another 15 minutes to see someone…& the person I saw wasn’t even a freaking doctor it was a nurse. She basically told me they couldn’t do tests there so they sent me to a testing center that had no affiliation with this doctors office & that was quick and easy the test woman said it would take just 24 hours to get my results. Called back to this doctors office they said the results were not in but they would for sure have someone call me before the day was over. Never received that call. Called the next day and had to get put on hold and talk to 4 different nurses 4 times… now today they basically said that they could not help me. They couldn’t not give me my test results unless i come and get them & pay for my results… which my insurance United Healthcare definitely covers that. They ladies in the front are also rude, didn’t even want to check me in because they were too busy eating a damn birthday cake. Screw this place & if you are a regular here I feel so sorry for you.

1 /5 Marcus Ziegler: I am in Texas on of the best and supposedly free states! This clinic didnt hesitate to throw natural immunity out the window like second class service members and immediately asked for us to wear masks as if they do any good anyway. To add the masks offered dont actually work its been proven! They are the single use disposable masks. To bad this doctor isnt honest with himself concerning the lies being spread about Covid, this is sad! I dont appreciate locations like this or the actions by the tyrannical employees inside either!

4 /5 luz reyes: Doctor Ralph is GREAT. But that woman doctor Mitchells wife is very rude with Doctor Ralph. He cant say nothing but I can what a witch. She need to wait to there is no people around and then talk to the doctor. He deserve respect.yes she is racist ,and a hate full.
