1 /5 Adriarroyoa: I had a terrible experience at AN Beauty Salon in November 2023, I got hair extensions done by the owner and paid $750 for the service, plus an additional $250 for color. Over the first three months, I tried to get maintenance, but every time I went, no one took responsibility. The owner ignored me multiple times, making me wait over an hour without any attention.
From the start, I felt knots in my scalp and brought it up to her, but her only solution was to tie them with thread. When I finally decided to get them removed elsewhere (since they wanted to charge me another $250), I was left with a complete nightmare—my hair was so tangled that, even with detangler and conditioner, it all came out. I lost almost all my hair.
The technique they use severely dehydrates and damages the hair. Over a year later, my hair still hasn’t fully recovered. The lack of follow-up and responsibility from the owner is unacceptable, and their prices do not reflect the quality or service they should be providing. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about your hair’s health.
