1 /5 Hyun Jeong Kim: $200 (+35 haircut) perm didn’t even last a month. Body wave??? Does this look like wavy to u? This is not a body wave. Her hair looks messy, not wavy. You can make an excuse for urself but next time if you can’t do it right, don’t do it. U wasted my money and my daughter’s time, too. Yes,u recommend to trim her hair even though we didn’t want hair cut. You also make a lame excuse to get paid by cash. That’s also so stupid, too.

I finally decided to make an appointment w/Helen, wondering if I would leave unhappy again, but I was pleasantly surprised!! Helen did an AMAZING job and Im so happy with the results. Helen has always done a great job on my hair and has always managed to fit me into her schedule even last minute which I’m so grateful for because it’s hard for me to plan my schedule ahead of time.
