Wheelchair ramp for those who cant handle four stair steps. Ive paid five times as much for a haircut and gotten less. My bride still sends me back to Sylvia all the time. Generally not too busy, but I have learned to make an appointment to make sure I dont have to wait. Basically, a one person shop, very low key, but very good service. Dont pass up this gem thinking its not going to be able to handle your specific needs or desires.
