5 /5 bridget gomez: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at AFC Garth! I was feeling really sick, and the entire staff took such great care of me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive to my concerns. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks to their excellent care, I’m already feeling much better. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quality medical care! Also, the check in with Solv was super easy!

5 /5 John Ott: Fast and Friendly service. Love the option of scheduling online. Only thing I would recommend is going over prescriptions before leaving. I had 3, 2 were sent electronic and 3rd I had to drop off at the same pharmacy , not sure why. Would have been nice to have been told about it before left the facility. DEFINITELY Recommend this place

1 /5 Tiffany: Terrible! If I could leave -0 I would. The NP prescribe medication that requires my kid to take 10 days straight. The medicine makes her sleep the entire time she is taking it, I returned to let them know she needed an extended excuse for school because of the medicine that was prescribed. They told me I would need to pay for another visit. When I first spoke with the NP I explained to her my child had this same illness last year and that it was documented in her charge and the previous medication that was prescribed to her worked and cleared her up in no time. The NP ignored what I told her and prescribed her something completely different that made her symptoms worst. The urgent care only response is, you can pay and schedule another visit. These people do not care about their patients and I would NEVER recommend them! Garth Rd location

5 /5 s s: Very smooth process from beginning to end. Staff very courteous even via phone prior to arrival. NP as well as assistants listen to your concerns and needs with patience and understanding making sure to address all issues. Last but not least front desk also does an awesome job getting you registered. All services completed in minimal time. Will recommend the pleasant experience.

2 /5 Alejandra Quintanilla: Went there about a month ago for a foreign object I’d gotten stuck in my toe. They numbed my toe and made a minor incision and told me they got it out and prescribed me antibiotics and an antibiotic ointment. Cool. The pain subsided, but not fully and although I finished the regimen of antibiotics and it was no longer oozing pus, it was still oozing a semi clear liquid and was refusing to heal which I found odd but I thought it was just taking longer to heal since I work in health care myself and I’m always on my feet. I just tried my best to keep it clean and dry. Eventually though, the pain came back and it was very sharp and persistent. I had to walk on the side of my foot for days to avoid the sharp pain that would shoot through my foot. Recently I did some digging of my own, playing surgeon and I pulled out an almost half inch piece of METAL out of my toe! Only now has the pain subsided and healing has began. (Hindsight 2020 I shouldn’t have waited so long to check what was going on for myself) The 2 stars is only because the staff was very nice, professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease while there. I waited so long to check myself because I had trust in their judgement since they’re the doctors, but this was just heavily disappointing. The healing process could have been much easier for me had they paid closer attention. (Put the chapstick for size reference)
