1 /5 Sarah Baughman: As a ministry, we prioritize working with businesses that uphold professionalism and integrity. Our recent experience with this mechanic shop fell short of these standards. There was a misdiagnosis that led to further issues with our van, and we encountered some unprofessional behavior from a few staff members. While we acknowledge that mistakes can occur, the lack of accountability was disappointing. Regrettably, we will not be doing business with them again, but we hope they take this feedback to improve their services for future customers.
