Belinda Payne Not only were they kind, courteous and quick, they have a fabulous pricing program! Never thought to go there and then they were recommended by another mechanic for my daughters car. Since then, Ive taken in my moms and my own car. They are consistently wonderful.

zach peterson They were quick, friendly and professional. Gave me options with honest opinions. Never felt like they were trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Prices were better than other places I looked. Had the work accomplished earlier than quoted. Truck runs like new. I would go back

Jacob Johnson I do not recommend any body use them. I dropped off my vehicle to them to be diagnosed. They called me and told it me would be 3200 to rebuild my transmission and 700 to fix a misfire (the 700 wasnt on the ticket) and that the misfire had to be fixed first or he wouldnt warranty the transmission because it will lock up the torque converter and when ask what was causing the miss fire he couldnt tell me and would have to do another diagnostic to find that out. When I asked why the price was so high john became very hostile telling me he dont work for free and all I wanted to know was what was exactly wrong with it and why. My wife went up there to pay for diagnostic fee so we can pick it back up he confronts my wife yelling at her to take my chit and go and not to come back and that he dont work for free. I was at work and unable to be there to pay myself to get my key back. Kept changing what was said and what wasnt said. Lots of excuses, very disrespectful, and shady. Never going back.

Elizabeth Smithson BEWARE! DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop. He will keep your vehicle for long periods of time and overcharge you with the vehicle not being fixed. I took my Nissan to him and paid him 5K just so he could return it the same way. My husband also took his truck to him and Rick had his truck for almost a year and returned it unfixed. Another 5k that he took from us. We took my husband’s truck to the dealership and they were able to repair in 2 days for only $1,000.00. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP for any of your vehicle repairs, he will screw you over, we will be going to small claims court because he refuses to refund us the work he promised but did not complete! Also, I have messages where he says he will need more time to come up with the refund because he knows he didn’t do a job that he was paid to do!

Penny Rivera My SUPER insurance agent Jason Winkler recommended Kabler and I couldn’t have been more impressed. My SUV was diagnosed, repaired and returned within a few hours. Steve explained everything in detail and even installed a piece of replacement trim that I had purchased but hadn’t had installed yet. The price I paid ended up being about $50 less than quoted which was a nice little bonus. The shop itself was spotless and pride of ownership was evident everywhere. Do yourself a favor and give Steve and his team a try. They are wonderful.

John Coleman They have kept me on the road for over 500, 000 miles I consider them the best there is. My safety comes first in my job. I’m cut out of a different type of leather overachiever in every sense of the word. Olson would be rated more than 5 stars in my belief actually 10 stars or more. You can count on them to go beyond the call of duty.

Kathy Bielik I want give a big shout out to the crew at Olson’s Automotive! I’ve been taking my car there for years and always happy with the value and service. I took my car in to a national chain earlier this week for an oil change and was told I had a gasket leak, no oil on the dipstick when they checked it and a few other concerns. Olson’s got me in the next morning to check things out. They cleaned everything up, ran tests, took it for a drive, and could not find anything wrong other than a mess that was left from the oil change. Thank you for the fast and courteous service and making me feel safe on the road.

anastasia irvine FINALLY mechanics that don’t upcharge for no reason!! I love these guys here. they are reliable, professional, and easy to talk to. Nowhere has made me feel more comfortable and at ease with my car. They took care of my oil change, running diagnostic, cleaned off my windshield and checked my tires! No need for me to make a second stop anywhere now! These guys truly provide a 5 star service. So excellent that I’ll be telling everyone. I will now only be coming here. Allisa Hall The mechanics here were very pleasant. I had a car that over heated 15mins prior to coming and they were able to assist quickly and sufficiently. I told them exactly what I needed and they were so helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had. Sean greeted me first and he was very polite and knowledgeable. I also got a chance to speak with the manager Cory and the mechanic Chad Ron who did the work on my car. They didn’t oil change and ran diagnostics. I didn’t even know I had so many things going wrong with my car. I’m so appreciative for the work they did and how friendly they were. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Kirk Estus Everyone I dealt with was as courteous and helpful as could be. We needed a engine replacement and a new radiator. When it was all said and done, the price was cheaper and finished faster than originally quoted. I would certainly recommend Ponders.

Justin Shelton This place and the people were great. Friendly and the most important they will bend over backwards to help you out. I was halfway into a 5 hr trip with my side by side in tow when my radiator cracked and I got a tow to Ponders. It was 4:30pm and they could have put me off til the next day but they got a new radiator in as fast as they could and the mechanics stayed after to fix me up. They cleaned up the engine and even hooked my trailer back up for me to get me back on the road. They saved me from a lot of lost time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rachel Bradley I have had to use Daniel from Horn’s Mobile mechanic twice. I have got to say that being mobile is a blessing! I had him fix my daughter car. She had to replace her thermostat, it had a crack in it. And my vehicle also had a coolant leak as well. I have to say he fixed both vehicles in a timely manner and didn’t have any issues afterwards. He even told me that if we had issues going to work(Salado) to call him he would be there!! Daniel is the best and I will forever keep his number for my vehicle needs!! Thanks again!!

Steve Burgos Marcus was more than helpful a life saver, constantly providing pictures and updates and he progress with the job, Im an active duty soldier and when my car broke down he was wiling to come to me and help me out. Later i had more jobs for him he Looked for cost effective solutions. And when the job got complicated he provided pictures and solutions and a good time Frame of when it would be done got my wheel bearing windows motor alternator all done!

Francisco Suarez Be careful with Javier, his work is not recommended, he did an electrical job for me, which apart from charging a lot, he changed the headlights of my car for older and uglier ones. First and last time I take my car to that shop.

Catherine Reynolds Steve is the only guy I will take my vehicles to from now on. He is prompt, easy to communicate with, and doesnt mess around or upsell you on services. His staff is great to work with and they are all very knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on.

Sam Lam Steve was awesome! I brought my car in to get the headlights replaced, and he took the time to walk me through all the available options. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that evening — quick and easy. He even performed a full health check on the car, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Isaiah Shean Was living in Temple for a year while mobilized for the military. As a service advisor/auto tech on the civilian side of my life, it is very hard to trust another shop that is not my own that I work for. I tried one place prior to Christian Brothers and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next and only shop I used the rest of the year I was here was this Christian Brother facility. My first interaction was with Spencer up front and to be honest he reminded me a bit of myself when it came to customer service. They always got me right in, Spencer and the other guys up front were always kind, I never had drips after having the oil changed, knowing the position I was in they never tried to sell me any unnecessary things. I always left feeling like they did a good job and I never had to worry. Appreciate the assistance, and was glad I didn’t have to worry about changing my own oil while I was down here. Thank you! If I’m ever back this way, this is where I’ll go.

rickey craig I usually have a bit of concern when going to a mechanic, because I’ve seen so many lack integrity and a spirit of excellence. What I experienced with the awesome humans at Christian Brothers Automative was nothing short of an industry disrupter! Genuine customer service was weaved throughout every touchpoint. They provide one of the most detailed and comprehensive reports for their estimate I’ve ever seen (even included videos and photos). They take transparency serious (no surprise fees). Not only did they do what they said they would, but they completed it a full day ahead of schedule, AND went the extra mile by cleaning all of the dust and grease from the top of my engine. It’s hard enough to get a repair shop to do the base line with excellence, so that was incredible. After new struts/shocks, sway bar links, CV axel (all three were shot), alignment, transmission fluid flush, and oil change, my car is running great!!! Lastly, their warranty is impeccable — “3 years/36,000 miles – whichever occurs LAST.” Recommend 100%!!!

James Fischer The young lady at the counter was awesome... sweet, kind, and patient. They had a problem with the air compressor but still got the job done. Ariel was my mechanic, and she did a great job. I cant recommend everyone who works here, BUT THESE 2 WERE GREAT! They also provide a phone charger for while you wait. They have complimentary mini can Coke products. Nice clean bathroom.

Jermarcus Nettles I had my door handle replaced. The service was quick. I was able to get on the calendar within a day. The reason it was not a 5 star is because a few components inside my door keep coming apart since the handle was replaced. To their credit, I haven’t brought the vehicle back to have this addressed. But overall, service, friendliness, timeliness to service were excellent. I would recommend them and I will be a returning customer

Shelby Hardin Honest mechanics who know what theyre doing. Very polite and respectful, too. They only installed front brake pads and rotors because they advised the back werent in need of replacement yet. They dont sell tires, but they checked the wear on mine and told me I needed to get two new ones for the front. I like knowing theyre willing to help me keep my car in good running condition.
